Community Highlights: Meet Mina Elias of Trivium

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mina Elias.

Hi Mina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory. 
In 2018 I started a supplement brand called MMA Nutrition. With this brand I learned how to scale supplements on Amazon which led me to the agency I own now helping hundreds of brands like mine. Today I run my digital marketing agency called Trivium. We have over 150 clients and 85 employees. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have had a few struggles on the way. Nothing major, except for one. I was wrongfully added to the MATCH list. This prevented me to charge my clients and I had to work with a lawyer to resolve it. It turns out they had the wrong person with a similar name. Another struggle that I came across was, I was hit with a cease and desist for my supplement brand resulting in me needing to change my name to HRDWRK. 

As you know, we’re big fans of Trivium. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am known for my Amazon expertise, which is what resulted in me starting an Amazon agency. My Amazon agency is called Trivium Group. What sets me apart from others is my experience as a brand and my extensive understanding of supplement brands. Not only do I own one, but I also have a master’s degree in chemical engineering, and I am an athlete who is obsessed with supplements. This really sets me apart because I can understand supplements on a deeper level, which allows me to help them grow. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Bad luck – the MATCH list, because it was an unlucky coincidence. 

Good luck – I believe God has helped me on my entrepreneurial journey. I do not believe in luck. I believe in hard work and dedication.
