Hi Jandry, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi! My name is Jandry Palms. I’m an independent singer-songwriter originally from Spain. After years of writing songs on my guitar, it was during the pandemic lockdown that I finally decided to take a chance on the music industry and release my first single, “Meant to Be”. That moment truly felt meant to be, and it was just a matter of time before I went for it! Since then, I haven’t stopped making music. I’ve released several singles and an album (Palm Naive, 2022), all available on music platforms. Creating music has led me to collaborate with amazing artists and producers around the world. Once I started, I knew I wouldn’t stop — songwriting and creating music come naturally to me. Recently, I took another exciting step and co-founded Melody Hills Artists, an LLC based in Los Angeles, California. It’s a creative hub built by two female singer-songwriters who believe in the power of a good, catchy melody. We offer melodies, lyrics, vocals, and arrangements to music artists and companies looking for strong and artistic musical ideas. I’m really happy I took this step! I love noticing how once you step into a project or somewhere you’re meant to be, one thing leads to another without needing to force anything.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The music industry is a tough business with a lot of competition, but I enjoy it so much that I couldn’t stop doing it! As I said, I really enjoy seeing all the opportunities that have come to me since the moment I decided to step in and start releasing my own compositions. Up until today, I feel it’s been an evolving and amazing journey so far! I also feel there’s still a lot to be done, and I’m ready to face any struggles that might come along the way 🙂

At Melody Hills Artists LLC, we really focus on creating strong, catchy melodies, that’s our thing! We’re proud to have international experience working with different artists and producers from around the world. As independent artists ourselves, and with years of managing our own projects, we understand what artists need – from pre-production to post-production and the release of a single, EP, or album. We can support artists who are just starting out, more experienced ones, and companies looking for a competitive and memorable song. We offer a close and personal service, working directly with the artist or company. We’re two complementary artists, and we can help in different areas depending on what each project needs. Something that also sets us apart is that we can write in both English and Spanish! And even in french, as I also speak it fluently!

Los Angeles is a city full of creative people who fight for their dreams and their art — that’s something really special and unique, and I don’t think there’s any other place like it! What I like the least… well, probably just the traffic, haha — but hey, it could be worse!
