Community Highlights: Meet Brianne Ingram of LPT Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianne Ingram.

Hi Brianne, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m a newly licensed REALTOR® and entrepreneur based in Carson, CA. I’m focused on growing in the real estate industry while serving my community with a strong work ethic and client-first approach.

I embrace being a multi-hyphenate. I was previously a sports journalist working in sports media. In sports, the goal is to spotlight value and performance, and in real estate, I use those same skills to spotlight the value of ownership, because that’s where equity and opportunity live.

I bring an on-camera and behind-the-camera skill set into real estate. What I learned working in sports media such as storytelling, editing, creating value, and strategy, I’m able to apply to my real estate business. For instance, I created an Agent Reveal video introducing myself as a new agent and I posted it across all of my social media platforms. During my Agent Reveal, I marketed myself the same way I would market a home: strong visuals, clear messaging, consistent posting, and an action plan. My sports media background taught me how to package a story and drive engagement. Now, I use that exact skill set to position homes to stand out, increase demand, create leverage, and help my clients move forward faster.

I’m also an actress. Since I’ve earned my license, I go by ‘The Performing Realtor’. It’s a double entendre. I love performing as an artist, and I’m equally committed to being a high-performing agent showing up with diligence, efficiency, and results for the people I serve.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One challenge I’ve faced is that I’ve always had a lot of interests and I used to feel pulled in different directions. What I learned through my self-discovery process is how to get really clear on what energizes me and explore it in depth. That’s why real estate feels like the right lane for me. What’s for you will be for you. So, the challenge was narrowing my focus, but the outcome is that I’m now very clear, very intentional, and all-in.

Additionally, my biggest challenge has always been me, myself, and I. I’ve always had a me vs. me mentality. More specifically, my mindset. Honestly, I’m a perfectionist. There have been plenty of times where I’ve beaten myself up about not getting everything right, or what I perceived to be right. At my core, I just have very high expectations for myself. Now, I try to focus more on growth, elevation, and becoming a better version of myself than I was the year prior. When you change your mindset, you change your life.

As you know, we’re big fans of Brianne Ingram. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I’m a California REALTOR® with LPT Realty (DRE# 02332680). I’m able to do business anywhere within the state, but I specialize in the South Bay. The South Bay is my home.

Currently, I’m hosting open houses, developing my overall skill set, and increasing my understanding of the market. I’m utilizing social media, print and digital marketing, technology, and modern tools by working smarter to deliver the best results and provide a high level of service.

I serve first-time home buyers, sellers, buyers, and investors. Even though I’m a new agent, I’m able to service all of their real estate needs because I’m on a team that has closed over $4.5 billion worth of transactions.

As a real estate professional, I’m not focused on quick transactions at the expense of others. I’m focused on doing what’s right for the client and protecting their best interests. Integrity matters to me. I’d rather advise someone honestly than push a deal that isn’t right for them.

My approach is to help people weigh all of their options and know the facts with a clear course of action. I stay educated so I can keep others informed and help them make the best decisions for themselves and their families. I aspire to become a trusted adviser that people can come to. It’s my job as a REALTOR® to help guide my clients in the right direction.

What matters most to you?
What truly matters is doing the right thing, living right, living in one’s purpose, prioritizing my health and well-being, and giving thanks to my Creator. I take pride in having an attitude of gratitude.

I’m a believer in going after your goals, putting in the work to achieve them, and helping others along the way. There are a lot of moving parts in real estate. I’m committed to helping people navigate this dynamic and fast-paced industry so that buyers and sellers move with clarity and confidence.

I’m driven to pour into others, especially younger people, to help them find their path and their purpose just as I have done. Real estate is a people business built on trust. I’m dedicated to being a trusted resource that people can rely on for real estate guidance and real-life decisions.
