Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Keeble.
Hi Andrea, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
An hour north of Detroit in the country is where my story began, falling in love with different cultures, brands, and the earth. First heading down a business school route, then getting pushed to switch paths and dive into art school. Early on, held jobs in hospitality that not only paid the bills but taught me how to thrive on opportunity and human connection that still sets my approach apart from other studios today. Regeneration isn’t just about earth-friendly practices but how we’re also treating each other.
In my twenties, I hustled enough to give myself the privilege to travel the world. Lending to a life-changing perspective on how we interact with community from a global lens. Adding a transformative layer of thought when ideation sessions came into play for a new project, not only re-thinking what we’re creating through a unique narrative lens for 360 regenerative moments (from wayfinding graphics to custom product and the interactive nature of experiences) but the materials and mindfulness.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
From the bird’s eye view, an ever-evolving mountain road—with insane views but hard to get down at times.
Growing up alongside the rise of the internet and the evolution of consumer culture taught me to adapt fast and stay curious about a world in constant motion. Frequent school changes were an early challenge, but set me up to be more comfortable with new beginnings. The real growth came later—stepping into new fields, learning to navigate others’ projections while carving out my own voice in male-dominated fields. My parents’ examples of independence and hard work have been my foundation and steady support.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
The State of Green is a design and content studio that doesn’t just tell stories—it creates them with soul, strategy, and real-world impact.
Born from a love of brand culture and a drive to do right by our planet, we fuse creativity and strategy without jeopardizing creativity. This isn’t sustainability—it’s a regenerative revolution. Work that doesn’t just exist but resonates, restores, or redefines what a brand can be.
With 14 years of navigating brand worlds from high-end fashion to consumer product goods – I’ve been a part of teams handling 70.000 attendee activations to bespoke dinner parties. Bridging teams that need creative executional support and turning brand objectives into narrative experiences is the strong suit.
It’s not chasing attention—but creating alignment.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Shoutout to my parents, whose unwavering support let me chase whatever path I wanted. Two separated people who shaped my music taste, molded my work ethic, and taught me values, leading me towards my dream job (that I never knew existed as a kid).
My brother, extended family, friends and colleagues who are my fans, confidants, and pom-pom team. I love you and adore you all more than you know. It’s only fun when the crew is in the field with you, friends in the stands, and family on the sidelines.
I’m so grateful to have incredible creative, production, talent and account partners bringing all the opportunities and projects to life. Thank you.
Behind all the positive support, there’s always something dimming your light – those dark anchors deserve a shoutout too, building the hard growth needed to move forward with more confidence.
