Today we’d like to introduce you to Samuel Lippke
Hi Samuel , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been photographing beautiful high end events the past 20 years. Recently with all my travels I’ve also started photographing beautiful scenes and moments I find in my travels. I’ve been printing and framing large fine art images for homes and business’ around the world. Its a fun side quest to add to my resume and fine art repertoire.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
From my experience the fine art print world is a tough one to crack and its been a process to get the ball rolling. Having a limited amount of prints per image is a big selling point for my clients.

Having the event photography background and being an avid traveler its opened up my eyes to so many beautiful scenes, so many unique and different places and perspectives has allowed me to capture some fun and sexy images for large scale prints. I’ve really enjoyed pushing the limits with light and angles to make some of the most eye catching prints for the home.
Honestly the biggest thing that sets me a part is the effort and practice and the putting the knowledge to test with documenting and capturing moments.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Finding likeminded people and especially a mentor isn’t easy, it is a key though to have an inner circle to help navigate the wild waters of business no matter what field or craft you are in.
