Check Out Ines Ying Li’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ines Ying Li.

Hi Ines Ying, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was working in the TV and Film industry in central London when I decided that it was time to explore my own path. I wanted to work with clients that I felt most connected with. That’s when my partner Emi, suggested that we should join forces and work under the name of Pasimedia as a digital, creative, multidisciplinary agency.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was an organic, mostly bumpy growth for us. Emi started Pasimedia in 2011 and it was not until 2017 that I joined to organize the management side of things. We knew that a solid team was the only way to achieve a consistent growth.

When we traveled to Buenos Aires a few years later, we met many talented people there and hired some key team members hoping to bet on that steady growth. Six months later, covid started and out clients started to drop out, one by one.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are known as a brand and website agency that works with projects in the hospitality and entertainment industry across UK, Europe and the US. Our specialty is creating engaging design across digital platforms that speaks to their target audience with conversion first strategies in mind.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was born in China, moved to Argentina when I was 6 years old, grew up there and when I was 27 years old I moved to London to complete a MA in Image and Communications. I’ve been living between London and Buenos Aires for the last 10 years. My interests have always been films, photography, literature and yoga.
