Check Out Angelique Henderson’s Story

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Angelique Henderson again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Angelique, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Angelique Henderson and I’m an Actress, Educator, and Mental Health Advocate living in Los Angeles, California. I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY and proudly hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University in Economics, Theater, and Spanish.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Since my first Voyage article, I competed on 2 ABC game shows: Wheel of Fortune (Season 39 Episode 42) and The $100,000 Pyramid with Michael Strahan (Hulu – Season 7 Episode 14).

I was the winning contestant on my Wheel of Fortune episode and even got special prizes (watch the episode to see what they were, lovelies!).

On 2/5/2025, a film I co-starred in was released titled, “The Chronicles of Kings.” Viewing link available here: https://vimeo.com/1052652286?share=copy#t=0

I’ve been taking improv classes all through Improv Comedy 401 at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) in Los Angeles.

I’m continuing to take phenomenal acting classes, audition for exciting commercials and TV/Film projects, monetize my social media, and write and create my own content.

Mental health advocacy continues to be a core part of my life’s mission. Here is a YouTube video playlist on some of the mental health work and resources I’ve done: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWX3_co1pIdMV2xqFqN2qErZPNYtX-llM&si=uvzsk10wpXahszqf

God has truly been good to me on my purpose journey with acting and mental health.
