We recently had the chance to connect with Lucy Lucy and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Lucy, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
I don’t believe in chasing, but rather I believe more in attracting. However, if I must say I’m determined to go after one thing then it is personal growth. I’m an incessant learner and nothing will stop me daily from learning more personal development.
Self growth keeps me evolving into the better version of myself. Growth ensures I don’t stay stuck in the same mindset or habits. It allows me to continually expand my capacity emotionally, mentally, and professionally. Personal growth also helps me become more resilient and confident in turn strengthening my self worth. Not only does growth fulfill my own life, I’m able to influence people around me to becoming their best self.
If I ever stopped growing myself, I would be risk regret. The pain of discomfort is temporary but the pain of regret is lifetime, so I want to leave regret out of my dictionary. If you stop learning, your life will be stagnate, you stop moving forward and lose motivation. Growth stretches your comfort zone so without it, fear and self-doubt begin to dominate your decisions and you want to be in control of your decisions.
Therefore, prioritizing personal growth is how you stay aligned with your highest self, the one that keeps evolving, inspiring, and thriving.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child I used to believe that I can do it all, but as I grew older, I learned that yes you can do it all, but just not at the same time.
One of the most common theme I see from talking to clients is that they are scattered. They want to accomplish a long list of goals and never get to any of them. Yes we can work on all of them, but just not all at the exact time. Pick your priority and chunk down on each goal so that your next action step will inevitably be done soonest. And before you know it everything on the list is done and the process is even faster with guidance.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You were never too much, and never not enough. You didn’t have to shrink yourself at any time or prove anything to anyone in order to be loved. You are unique! You are you! You are remarkable! Always remember that “enough” is a decision!
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me is absolutely real! Authenticity is my language and I pride myself in being “me”. There is no one else like me and I love myself because I am an example of what I’d like to see in the world.
However, one misperception I hear often is that because I show up on social media bubbly and because I speak that I’m extroverted. The truth is I consider myself actually being an introvert my whole life.
It was only this year I learned about “ambivert” If you are like me, you’ve loved a party or an event one day but needed a full day of solitude afterward, you might be an ambivert! Ambiverts are sometimes also called outgoing introverts or social introverts or extroverted introverts.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I would stop waiting for the “right time.” There is no “perfect” moment, only “this” moment.
Waiting to start that dream, take that trip, or say those words often turns into never. So start today, travel tomorrow, send out that email, make that call. Do it immediately and no more waiting around.
