Exploring Life & Business with Shannon Swallow of Clairity School

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shannon Swallow

Hi Shannon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my career in global marketing, climbing the ladder in a world focused on growth, profits, and success. For years, I found that fulfilling—it was exciting to work for both startups and Fortune 500 companies and take on major roles. But in parallel, my intuitive abilities were intensifying. I had experienced psychic insights since my teens, but I ignored them until they became too prominent to dismiss in my early 30s. That’s when I decided to explore the spiritual side of myself and enrolled in a psychic school.

Balancing a high-demand corporate job and studying spiritual practices led to a pivotal moment. I realized I could no longer deny my calling to help others connect with their spirit and intuition. So, I left the corporate world behind, and after many years of study and inner transformation, I started Clairity School, offering a space for people to explore energy work, intuition, and self-awareness. My business today blends my passion for personal growth and spiritual teaching, offering clients a transformative experience grounded in both practical tools and deep intuitive work.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been smooth. One of my biggest challenges was letting go of the security and recognition that came with the corporate world. I had grown accustomed to external validation, promotions, and the safety net of a steady paycheck. Making the leap into a spiritual practice meant not only trusting my intuition but also building something from the ground up—without the comfort of knowing how it would all turn out.

Another struggle was unlearning a business mindset that was heavily focused on upselling and marketing tactics. In the intuitive space, pushing services on clients felt out of alignment. I had to embrace a more authentic approach, one that focused on the healing experience and let clients come to me when they were ready. This shift was difficult but ultimately empowering, as it allowed me to run my practice with integrity and honor the deep connection I have with my work.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Clairity School ?

I’m most proud of creating a space where people can feel safe and supported as they explore their intuitive abilities. Clairity School offers courses and one-on-one sessions for people at all levels, helping them build confidence in their intuitive gifts and create a life they feel deeply connected to.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I have so many great childhood memories, but one of my favorites is when my dad would take my sister and me to the local municipal airport to watch the small-engine planes take off and land. My dad had been in the Air Force before I was born, and by the time I was 8, he had moved into the Reserves. He loved planes, and he passed that love on to us. During the summer, he would take us to Dairy Queen, and then we’d drive to the airport, sit on the hood of his car, listen to music, and watch the planes in the sky as the sun set. It’s such a simple memory, but since he traveled a lot when I was young, those special moments with him were so meaningful and brought me so much joy.
