Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Bradham
Sarah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, soaking in the charm of historic architecture and the vibrant beauty of the barrier islands. This sparked my love for photography, which led me to New York, where I earned a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and had the opportunity to work with some of my favorite photographers like Cass Bird and Ryan McGinley.
After graduation, I moved to Los Angeles, dove into photography production, and eventually spent 6 1/2 years managing the studio of artist Alex Israel. This is where I learned the ins and outs of the fine art world, mastering the art of time management and making self-marketing fun.
Now, I’ve shifted my focus to real estate, bringing the same passion and dedication to helping people navigate the buying and selling process. I’m here to make it smooth, stress-free, and successful, guiding my clients to reach their goals with confidence.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’m thankful for the challenges I’ve encountered—they weren’t easy, but they were invaluable learning experiences. Whether in the art world or real estate, the ultimate objective remains the same: to create something exceptional and bring joy to others.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
As a real estate agent, the ability to truly listen to clients and provide thoughtful guidance is paramount, especially when they face complex decisions. I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers and those who appreciate design and the unique character of a home.
Our approach to marketing is centered on maximizing exposure and generating excitement for every listing. We strategically highlight what makes each property unique, ensuring it captures the market’s attention and stands out among the competition.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice is to seek out a strong mentor—someone who will invest the time to answer your questions and guide you through the intricacies of the field before you venture out on your own.
