With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Supervisor, Sarah Burney is a leading expert in her field who has found her purpose in helping others find freedom, safety, and peace.

She specializes in treating all types of eating disorders, acute & complex trauma, substance abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder, and depressive / anxiety disorders.

Her experience includes providing intensive therapy at inpatient & outpatient treatment centers for eating disorders, mental health, and substance abuse. She is also a former director of one of the nation’s largest and leading adult eating disorder treatment center. Sarah transitioned from working in these higher levels of care into starting her own concierge group private practice, when she noticed the need for more individualized support in outpatient therapy settings, especially as patients transitioned from higher levels of care to lower levels of care.

We are a concierge private group practice, whose mission is to empower you to improve and protect your mental health.

We specialize in treating eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety/depressive disorders. Our team of experts is known to take on cases that other providers have deemed hopeless or “chronic”. There is no trauma, eating disorder, substance use disorder too complex for us.

Expertise, compassion, authenticity, and integrity are the building blocks of our work.

We provide comprehensive care in an encouraging and supportive environment. Our team stays up to date on the latest research and therapeutic interventions, so that we provide you with the most comprehensive and informed care. We respond personally and promptly to all emails, phone calls, and texts. We also communicate regularly with you and other treatment team members (i.e. psychiatrists, dietitians, internists, etc.), with your approval, about your progress, goals, and needs.

We also have a Concierge Division of our practice. This is because sometimes the standard therapy model is not enough; sometimes people require more support more all-inclusive care. Our Concierge Model allows us to offer you and your loved ones more complete care, whether at our office or in the comfort of your own home. These personalized services also allow for us to meet the needs of our high-profile clientele, who might be particularly concerned about discretion and privacy.

Our team understands how important it is to be properly supported on your journey. As such, we are committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship, tailoring treatment to meet your specific needs, and honoring your goals. We believe that with the right resources, support, and commitment, anyone can succeed.

Pricing:

• • Initial phone consultation (for up to 20 minutes) is free of charge. • In person + telehealth sessions are 50 or 90 minutes, depending on your desire. There is also an option for a 30 minute check in. Session rates vary depending on the type of session (individual, couples, or family) and the therapist. More pricing information is available upon request. • Rates for Daily + Monthly Concierge Services & Packages are available upon request.
• Our practice follows a self-pay model, allowing us to limit our caseload and focus on what’s most important to you. We will provide you with a superbill that can be provided to your insurance company upon request, or we can provide an electronic superbill to your insurance company directly.
