Diana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Salah and I both had a background in restaurants, and we always talked about starting something together that we loved. So, in 2018, we decided to open Pizza Pie Eatery in Woodland Hills. It’s been an amazing journey since! We put our hearts into each pizza we make, sourcing only the best ingredients because we believe that’s what makes us truly special and sets us apart. For us, creating great food isn’t just a job; it’s a passion. Our customers aren’t just customers; they’re like family now. We’re so grateful for where we are today, and we can’t wait for more amazing things to come! 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting Pizza Pie Eatery was a journey filled with ups and downs, just like any new business. We had to figure out the ins and outs of running a business, sourcing the best ingredients, and perfecting our recipes. But through it all, we always remembered our commitment to delivering the best quality and service. Every challenge we faced was an opportunity for growth and learning, and we’re grateful for the support of our community every step of the way. We truly believe in the power of our community and feel incredibly thankful for the love and encouragement we’ve received. It’s a reminder to us of how far we’ve come and how much further we can go together. We start each day with gratitude.

At Pizza Pie Eatery, we’re all about crafting delicious pizzas with top-sourced ingredients! Our secret is we use only the best ingredients and put loads of love into every pie. What makes us special is our passion for creating not just delicious food but memories. We are so proud of our brand because it’s not just about pizza; it’s about bringing our community together. What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important thing we’ve learned on this journey is to keep bouncing back, no matter what comes our way, all while staying thankful for every step of the ride. Challenges and setbacks have been part of the package, but they’ve taught us some valuable lessons and made us stronger. We’ve learned a lot through our journey and always find a way forward with gratitude in our hearts. And we never forget where we’ve come from, always grateful for step that’s brought us here.
