Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatiana Donskova.

Tatiana Donskova

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am an artist. As of right now, I am a professional dancer, model, commercial actress, roller skater and I do photography. I moved to LA nine years ago from a small city in Russia. I started to dance ballroom dancing and then I met street dancers and switched for break dancing. I was dancing breaking for 12 years and opened my own break dance school for girls in Russia. I was travelling around the world for judging competitions, workshops and winning a lot of competitions.

Three years ago, I found myself in roller skating, and now I am a pro dancer roller skater.

I have worked as a model and commercial actress for eight years. And since I am a special talent as a break dancer and roller skater all my biggest jobs in this industry was doing break dance and roller skating. I was shooting in commercials like MC Donalds, Porshe, Forever 21, Homegoods, Macy’, Starbucks, LA Fitness, Verizon, Samsung, Under Armour, Nescafe, Oakley, Doosan, Wynn Las Vegas, Lancome, and others.

P.S: I am also a mom of a nine-year-old son Daniel.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The hardest thing in this journey is having a child and don’t have any family to help you. Other way I knew exactly what I wanted and I was building my skills and portfolio to get better!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Not many girls was dancing break dance. It’s not an easy dance to do. So I am happy I became a professional and won a lot of competitions and got to travel the world doing my favorite thing! As a right now I want to become a professional roller skater and skate with famous artists more and get cool projects!

I actually did a lot of projects already and proud of myself I’m moving forward very fast!

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
As of right now, I am still searching for what else interesting I can do for a living and I would love to move forward with my photography as well.
