Today we’d like to introduce you to Christina Dr. Jerger.

Christina Dr. Jerger

Hi Christina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was always happy with having a career in the corporate world, climbing the ladder of success. The only way to go was working hard and chasing the next achievement thinking it would lead me to fulfillment. At one point, I completely neglected myself, my softer side, I stopped listening to my intuition and senses and put self-care on the back burner. My behavior was fully career-driven and dominated by the typical masculine performance that society rewards. Constant exhaustion and stress pushed me into a burnout. I didn’t know who I was when I looked into the mirror. Who was that woman? She looked so exhausted, unemotional, and masculine. This was the turning point in my life. Life coaching and therapy supported me with strengthening my gorgeous feminine who I had totally neglected for the sake of success. She was actually the key to reconnect with myself and become healthier and happier than ever. From a hard-working and burned-out masculine woman to the most magnetic female in my business and private life. Today, I’m a female embodiment and femininity coach. I teach ambitious women and female entrepreneurs the shortcut to their feminine and get them ready for a more fulfilled and less stressful life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Switching the role from an employee in the corporate world to becoming a woman starting her own coaching business definitely came along with many challenges. I experienced that our society is somewhat not ready yet to teach us the power of femininity. Instead, society prefers to treat women like men to achieve gender equality. And this makes it hard for both genders to find their role in society. Thus, meeting career-driven women and hearing about their sufferings and limiting beliefs which hinder them from tapping into their feminine essence, still leaves me speechless. Beliefs such as ’women are weak’ or ’being feminine is unprofessional in the workplace’ get unfortunately still nurtured. Women have superpowers when embodying their femininity and it’s super easy to access them when you know how. It will be a long way to educate the different generations, but I truly believe that it’s more than needed!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Whether it’s a burnout or unfulfilling relationships, dating the wrong partners, experiencing menstrual problems or simply feeling exhausted from the constant stress as a high-achieving woman or female entrepreneur: those could be indicators that women embody the masculine excessively. They often stay more in their heads than in their bodies, chase achievements rather than receive them, and do and hustle rather than just be and surrender. Ambitious women crave more than ever to let go of the constant stress of achievement and success! Life and their businesses should feel easy and in the flow. The flow actually happens when women tap into their feminine.

My coaching programs supports ambitious women in handling exactly those struggles. I help them to gain awareness of their energies, they learn how to channel their feminine in the male-dominated leadership space and stay connected more often with their feminine through creating new beliefs and habits. Once they start embodying her, they activate their feminine magnetism. They no longer chase and push, they attract the right opportunities and people with ease like a magnetic.

What makes my business unique is the newness of femininity coaching combined with my amazing containers dedicated to ambitious women. I’ll teach them all my own learnings and strategies that helped me to embody my feminine. I let the women work hard to become successful but in a smarter and healthier way. My personalized coaching is like luxurious self-care for business women. They get to know and admire themselves in a completely new way and that is what sets them apart as successful entrepreneurs in the business world.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, I started to reflect more about myself, about my life in general and who I wanted to become. Out of a sudden, the world got very quiet during lockdowns and I had more time to listen to myself and my needs. As a consequence, I quit my corporate career to follow my passion for supporting ambitious women to tap into their feminine again. The pandemic actually marks the starting point of my new career as a female embodiment and femininity coach.
