Today we’d like to introduce you to Fabian Wizenfeld.

Fabian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I founded Dotzoe in 2007 after graduating from The Art Institute.

Back then, our main services included web design and development. A lot of our customers were referrals, businesses from our personal networks and a number of local agencies.

Over the years, we’ve grown to a large team with a lot of amazing talent, along with some other strategic partners that help us generate great results for our clients.

Currently, our company offers a wide number of marketing services including: branding, consulting, ad campaigns, social media and, of course, web design and development.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Hiring the right employees has been the top challenge we have faced because of the competition with bigger companies for talent and finding qualified people. It’s all about personalities and skills since when you work in a small environment, each person can have a huge impact on the productivity of the team.

Managing client’s (sometimes unrealistic) expectations has also been a challenge. That’s why we make education our first priority. We educate the client on what the process looks like, what results they can expect and how soon they can expect them.

Moreover, we work with most of our clients on a weekly/monthly basis and provide continued education to keep them up to date on trends, strategies and measurement of their marketing initiatives.

Dotzoe is a multicultural digital production agency based in Orange County, California. We provide 360’ solutions for all digital needs, including web design and development, SEO, banner ads campaigns and social media.

As a full-service agency, we partner mostly with marketing agencies and brands to help them solve their business challenges by providing results-driven solutions. We do this with a signature approach that blends emerging technology, digital trends and a deep understanding of the online world.
