Rising Stars: Meet Krystal Quint

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystal Quint.

Hi Krystal, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my business from the want to be there for my kids. I used to work corporate, and when I worked corporate, I would always miss bedtimes with my oldest daughter because I would work nights. That trickled into late wake-ups and missing other school events. I decided I didn’t want that for me or my children.

That’s when I started teaching yoga in the park for moms so I could bring my daughter with me! I always knew I wanted to help people, but becoming a doctor or nurse didn’t quite appeal to me. Teaching yoga in the park then led to being hired for corporate yoga events, private parties and so much more.

As my knowledge of yoga grew so did my work around personal development. I realized that I was being called to help people grow both in their mind and body. I had such incredible success within my first year of business that I found another passion which led me to business coaching!

This led me not only helping people in their personal lives but also to teach them how to grow their business. I now still teach yoga events but also run a successful life & business coaching online business. Which gives me the freedom to take days off when I need it and always be there for bedtime.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Most definitely not. Business has a funny was of bringing out all your triggers that you’re running from and fast. I had to do a lot of work around worthiness and money to be able to run the business I have today. While also learning how to balance my time. (You don’t clock out of your business when you run one). So it quite literally follows you everywhere. Having boundaries in my business was a struggle for me at first as well.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Currently, I specialize in life and business coaching. I help my clients heal, build their online business, and so much more, to help them life the life they once only dreamed of being possible. I have watched my clients go from zero clients to being booked out completely. While others go from struggling to find their lives purpose to being fully anchored in who they are and where they are going. I take a lot of pride in my work because my program allows for flexibility to help you get the most out of it.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Determination. Not giving up when it feels hard or difficult. Every business has challenges and as you reach new levels, new challenges come up. These challenges are just lessons, and it’s important to stay focused on why you started this in the first place.
