Meet Enolia Foti

Today we’d like to introduce you to Enolia Foti. Enolia shares her story with us below:

As a young girl, Enolia was always gifted. There was something about speaking with her that no one could put their finger on. You would have a conversation and somewhere in the midst of it, she would share exactly what you needed to hear to shift or inspire you. It is no wonder that today, Enolia is a recognized author, award-winning international speaker, international empowerment leader, energetic life and business coach, social entrepreneur, recognized Elder/Grandmother among the indigenous tribes, and modern-day medicine woman (shaman).

ENOLIA holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MBA from Regis University, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude from her class and was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. Her 20-plus years navigating the dynamics of the corporate world fortified her with leadership development, coaching, and a great number of certifications. Enolia worked for a Fortune 500 company for 20+ years in the Information Technology industry designing computer networks as a program manager. So how does one jump from the corporate world to a spiritual path you might ask?

Enolia shares that there was a longing in her heart and a set of circumstances that led her to her first indigenous grandmother elder in Northern Canada. One never knows how one will be impacted when meeting and inviting a new person into their life. It was in this meeting and friendship that would immediately shift into protege and teacher, Enolia’s life would completely shift and change course. From here Enolia would expand her knowledge base and learn about energy by studying under a series of Grandmother and Grandfather Elders. Today she shares the ancient wisdom she gained under the tutelage of Indigenous Elders from the Ojibwa, Lakota, Yaqui, Hopi, Apache Nation of North America, Mapuche of Chile, Toltec of Mexico, Waitaha of New Zealand, and Luhya of Kenya. She is also an initiate of the Ovimbundu of Angola and the Q’ero of Peru as a keeper of their cosmological traditions. She imparts her gifts to inspire and empower the soul by sharing her cumulative knowledge of ancient practices and teachings up through the present day.

Enolia shares, “I have learned from strong, indigenous Elders from all around the world. Each holds the traditions of their families and their communities. Deep in my heart these experiences have activated and enriched my soul to assist others on so many levels, shifting and enlightening inner wisdom within.”

A natural orator, ENOLIA harmonizes corporate experience with a broad knowledge base that includes many facets of energetic medicine, all of which are focused on healing and the empowerment of the soul. This is the foundation she brings when mentoring, coaching, and holding her international retreats all over the world. It is the foundation of her coursework and master classes and her certified coaching program. Enolia’s complete story can be read in her book: “Finding My Sovereign Voice With My Grandmother Elder” with its comparable journal “Discover your Sovereign Self” on Amazon.com.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
There were many life-changing challenges along the way. The first was deciding to leave my corporate position to dare to pursue my dream and vision for myself. This triggered a series of events: the end of a 30-year marriage, moving from New York to LA, and starting my own business. We do not take into consideration what it takes to navigate new surroundings, the difference in lifestyle, and the flow of how things work in a new town. Making new friends and re-establishing oneself is a great deal of change all at once. I believe the hardest of all of the changes that took place was trusting myself. Trusting that I could make the change and be successful at what I wanted to bring new into my life. Most people would just live out their lives never making a change because any threat to financial security would detour the best of visions. However, trusting yourself and understanding the value and worth you bring is a strong foundation to build upon.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
With a blend of life experience, indigenous wisdom, and corporate as my foundation, I bring forward programs for personal development that established a strong foundation that allows alignment to take place in a person’s life no matter what they are building. This is what sets me apart. To embody the indigenous wisdom with my corporate experience resulting in the creation of coursework and programs that help you utilize the tools you already possess.

From my books, journals, and online and in-person masterclasses, workshops, and retreats, all to bring forward the betterment of self. What is behind my teachings is the wealth of knowledge taught to me by indigenous elders from all over the world. Learning how to celebrate self, and harmonize this with my corporate background brings a different approach to how to move through challenges we are faced with daily. To walk through life consciously in a way one typically is not aware used to.

What makes me most proud is seeing the life changes and success of individuals upon completion of my programs and retreats. To have clients come back and share how they overcame their obstacles and challenges, dared to embark on their dreams, shifted their lives, and embraced the realization they have always wanted is the greatest reward one can have.

I believe what sets my work apart is that my program is a blend of the best aspects of cultures around the world. It is approached such that you work from the inside out with respect and sensitivity to cultural traditions and belief systems. It is unique because it works no matter what station you are in life. It caters to large groups, entrepreneurs, corporate programs, or the traditional person working one on one. Why? Because you are focusing on tools you already possess.

How do you think about happiness?
It makes me happy to see people successful, breaking through their fears and shifting their lives. My mother passed away when I was 30 years old. Unexpectedly, hundreds of people attended the funeral. In paying respects, countless numbers of people shared with me the kind acts and services my mother had done that shifted their lives or changed how they viewed life and its challenges. It was at this moment that I truly understood how I chose to conduct my life. That if I could impact someone’s life through the kindness of my heart as my mother did, then life was significant at every moment. This became my passion and remains the driving force in my life each and every day.
