Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy and Mariko Wang | Cleaning.

Hi Jeremy and Mariko, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It’s been a quick ten years since we started our business, and we have been fortunate to meet many people who have taught us how to run a smoother and more efficient cleaning business.

Most of our work is based out of the greater Pasadena, CA area. We rarely venture too far out of the area, but for Real Estate Agents and Property Managers, we are always will to travel.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At times, there are challenging customers we meet and deal with. However, we understand that moving is a very emotional process for some. Leaving a childhood home, disposing family heirlooms, divorce, job changes, etc., all of that make for an emotional roller coaster when putting one’s home up for sale.

We try to be as empathetic and understanding as possible with customers. At times we do miss things, but we always guarantee our work and will make sure to provide excellent service to all.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We specialize in move-in/out cleanings and window washing. Not your typical maid service, we help people prepare their homes for rental or sale with deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning and window washing.

Many local real estate agents and property managers trust us with their listings and units to prepare them before they are put on the market.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Most of us were friends first before working together. That is why there is so much camaraderie while working. We enjoy our work and have fun doing it.

All on our team are also involved in the community with volunteer work. We each spend at least 70 hours a month volunteering with different language groups in the greater Los Angeles.
