Hi Roseline, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am the CEO of Hollywoodbartender’s LLC.
I was a host at red lobster in Long Island, NY. The customers loved me there. The general manager said everyone loves you at the doors they definitely will Love at the bar. He decided to have me as a bartender. While in the bar, I started creating my own cocktails in the customers loves them. The manager loves them as well, my special cocktails brought some very wealthy customers to the bar tremendously. After acting school, I decided to move LA for acting, while taking theater and college, I went to bartending school, national bartending school I took mixologist class, from there I started doing private parties for people who know me. From word of mouth. After a year of doing private events. I created Hollywoodbartenders, I now have some good clients. I also do lots of carnation balls, concerts and work for sports. create drinks menus, specially cocktails. Right now, I am working on Hollywoodbartenders LLC to not only provide alcohol but also provide food and event planners as well. Me and my partner ODarius Mills
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh yes, it had been, but I am very strong. I juggle to do other things in between sometimes, I don’t have enough time to promote the business the way I should. I struggled to find customers. Now I have done amazing clients. It’s a very competitive business.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a SAG-AFTRA actor. I had step back since the pandemic. I am going back at it this month. I am also in school now for real estate and working on a podcast and two other businesses. I also work at crypto. Com arena as a premium bartender. People know me as Miss Haiti. I miss Haiti 2013 one of the proudest moments of my life.
How do you think about happiness?
Honestly, doing my mixologist things, you know making cocktails. Making drinks menu and cooking make me happy. Bartending and acting make me happy tremendously. I love people, I love talking and I love to flirt and I can be myself bartending and acting. Working on my business of reading positive books and working on the beach makes me happy as well.
