Honest Accounting Group, LLC was formed by Enoc in early 2014 after graduating from business school and as an executive managing multiple companies in multiple industries. Enoc, an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS, formed HAG to service small business owners to help them manage and grow their business. With 50% of businesses failing each year having clear visibility on the health of your business on an ongoing basis is crucial. His mission and vision is to be a guide to small business owners on how to increase cash flow, increase profits and allow them to focus on their clients and customers while he handles the Accounting & Bookkeeping.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The biggest hurdle we’ve had to face is helping and training business owners understand the importance of visibility in their business. When a business starts the entire focus of the business owners turn to sales, customers and production etc., but without financial visibility it is easy to make wrong decisions and investments that end up affecting your cash flow or your entire business as a whole.

What were you like growing up?
Aside for a love of numbers since the age of 8 I have been a musician, I was a studio musician for a couple years. My love for piano and songwriting has always been with me. My personality is fairly mellow and easy going, I love getting to know people and their backgrounds and learning from them.
