Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. I’ve always shown up for others. I’ve invested substantial amounts of money in OTHER people’s projects, put in sweat equity, and in supporting their ideals. But, I’ve learned the hard way that many people want fame but refuse to take the time to learn the business. So many projects fall to the waist side or outright get stolen due to bad business. I’m not willing to cheat myself. It’s been a strain on ‘so-called friendships’ due to this very thing.
