Today we’d like to introduce you to Lola Hill.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m a new kid on the block in LA, but I was guided here for the beauty, wellness, and inspiration that you can’t get anywhere else in the world; and of course eternal sunshine. I got my start as a massage therapist and bodyworker, continually fascinated by the human body and its capacity to move and heal itself; but I always felt called to do more, to be of higher service to more people, and I have always been the go-to for everybody’s sex, love, spirit, and relationship questions. When my life got flipped upside down by the sudden tragic death of my father, I knew it was time to step fully into my power and my purpose. I dove into a year-long coaching training with Layla Martin to learn the in-s and out’s of sex, love, and relationships from a coaching perspective. Layla’s VITA methodology and wisdom combined with my own sacred sexual expression, divine connection, and personal healing and metamorphosis journey has equipped me with a depth of magic and wisdom that will benefit the entire world as I embark on my vision and mission to guide humans home to their truth and power, to heal and return to their erotic nature as I support, coach, and teach emotional, erotic, and vibrational intelligence and lead the uprising of a reclamation and ownership of our sexuality as a species. We were born to live as divine erotic pleasure, in tune with nature and all of the medicine she provides us, with full access to the limitless potential of our dreams and desires. If you are not there yet, it is only because you have not discovered the path meant to take YOU there. I am also the proud hostess of the new and upcoming podcast Sex Talk Radio now out on Apple and Spotify; a show where I talk about sacred sexuality and the various ways we can utilize and biohack our sexual energy for healing, wellness, and energetic expansion.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The spiritual path is never smooth in my opinion, the deeper you go, the rougher it seems to become, but in all the best ways. I was always a very misunderstood and misinterpreted child and teen. As an un-nurtured, highly sensitive empath born into a non-spiritual or energy aware small community in Eastern Oregon, I turned all of my emotions off around age 11 because it was just too much and I had no idea what was going on. So I turned it all off and became fairly baseline emotionless with a hot streak of aggression and an affinity for rebellion, alcohol, and narcissistic men. Little did I know, my body was carrying and responding to life from my trauma-body, which wouldn’t be recollected by my conscious mind for years to come in plant-medicine ceremony and then re-integrated and healed through self-pleasure and vibrational intelligence. In college, I took a psychedelic journey that led to my almost immediate awakening, reclamation of my emotional body, and spiritual self.

From there, the journey really began, with twists, turns, and faults along the way getting trapped by the judgments and should’s of society kept me from really taking a stand in my power and stepping into my becoming as a leader and a force to be reckoned with. I just didn’t think people would accept my truth and actually believe in my wisdom and my magic. And then, my Dad died in a sudden and tragic car accident and Covid struck the world shortly after and my own truth became all too lucid and I could not ignore my purpose and my calling anymore. Spirit/Universe/Divine was taking no more excuses from me, it was show up for who you are and why you came here or spend a lifetime buried in your own regret. So I listened, and I am still listening as I allow spirit to walk with me as we lead a mission for the world to reclaim what we have lost, feared, and shamed for so long; our sacred, sexual truth and wellbeing.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I run an online coaching and healing business that is new and will be evolving over time to include live events and seminars as the world begins to open back up and it is safe to do so. This is the baseline for a higher vision of healing, sexuality, and wellness as the world shifts and changes into a new way of being. I coach women through deep healing and transformation to reclaim their sacred, sexual truth, stand in their power, and integrate/heal/and learn new ways of being and living in the world as an empowered, embodied, powerful and sexual being. I teach emotional, erotic, and vibrational intelligence. Hold space for trauma integration, plant medicine integrations, and full reconnection of one’s sexual energy and erotic nature through pleasure practices, somatic experiencing, somatic, taoist, and tantric exercises, and various integrative techniques that allow for healing of the body, mind, and soul as well as facilitate and encourage rewiring of the subconscious and neural networks. Reader’s should know that if they are ready to heal and reconnect, I am ready to guide, support, and hold space for their alchemy to take place.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
As I am technically just starting out, the advice I would give to others that I wish someone had told me was that if you know your calling and your purpose stop getting in your own way and show up. Show up and be loud and own whatever it is you are here to share with the world because it is needed and staying small and quiet isn’t helping anyone. Someone will always judge you, there will always reside a voice of fear and what-if in the back of your mind. Show up anyways. Show up louder. Own and embody the truth you wish to share. Through your embodiment of your purpose, others will see and understand the value. So show up, no matter what. Stop waiting.
