So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Our company started from small retail business in Santa Ana, selling socks about 30 years ago. We started buying more volume as our business grew. We get better price by buying volume. Then we were able to wholesale the items we bought at volume to neighboring retailers. That is how we started wholesale business.

And after 10 years of wholesale, we started to make socks ourselves using overseas factories. Now we are a manufacturer and importer of socks and apparels. In all those year, one thing we concentrated on was that we provide the best quality in the prices range. Also, we pride in being transparent and honest with our customers and employees.

Now we are serving hundreds of wholesalers and retailer around the North and Central America and Caribbean’s.

We always strive to stay ahead or changing need and preference of the market in order to provide our clients with the best items to maximize their sales. Our R & D department continuously search and source newer fiber and materials to make better products. We also very closely monitor our contracted factories for quality control and efficiency.

Has it been a smooth road?
As is the case with most businesses, it is never a smooth road. We had many struggles on the way. And the struggles come from many different sources. There were some building issues. Competitions copying our products and undercutting. New factories not performing to our standards.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes. Los Angeles is the best place to start any entrepreneur to start their business. We have so many channels of marketing and sales here. LA is a hub for central America market. Also, the buyers from western states like to purchase out of LA. The import from Asia is very convenient from LA. We have so many diverse markets here.
