Thanks for sharing your story with us Victor. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’m a singer songwriter-producer from Hawaii, I moved to LA three years ago to pursue my dream of being a professional music artist, I play, sing & write, I got into music because I loved telling stories and also music was the best way I found to express/release my rawest emotions, later I learned that my music could help others do the same, my love for music grew even strong, so strong that I couldn’t imagine living without it.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has not lol. I’ve struggled with depression and finances, I know how to properly promote myself.

Can you give our readers some background on your music?
My music, I write and perform in multiple genres but with the same flavor and essence, rather its an emotional sad song or an upbeat dancing tune its still 100% Victor Artis.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
True happiness, joy & financial security. I’m looking forward to the day I can do my art for a living without having to have a side hustle.
