Meet Bryant Wood of Flow State Media in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryant Wood.

Bryant, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I was born a triplet. I had a lot of fun, and acquired some trauma, wonderful wisdom, limiting beliefs, and learned how to be emotionally intelligent. I moved out at 15 to find others like me, I was in search of the perfect adventure. I wrestled division one to master my mind and body, which helped me learn the impact of not being enough after giving your all, but with that came the vital importance to continue feeling invincible. I discovered perceptual positioning and allowed myself to be beautiful and form new opinions. Merging the masculine and the feminine, I reclaimed a lot of my power. Then I traveled around the world modeling, and it led me to winning a physique competition for bodybuilding and modeling on America’s Next Top model. I fell head over heals with acting and started working shortly after. To seduce presence out of you and react organically in full belief and openness of how the universe shows up was a very delicious part of my awakening. This also took me around the world. I began relating to more and more people and understanding the importance to unify this world through experience. I decided study the human condition.

For the early part of my twenties my head was in a book or screaming on a mountain top not knowing what I was. I became an entertainment executive with an artificial intelligence company that specialized in emotions, with an experience of understanding oneness intimately. I was asked to leave what I had built with that company to start asking the question how much love can I give instead of how much money can I earn. A lot of this time was a blur. Spent many hours reading, meditating, retreats, in nature, walking aimlessly, discussing the heart, sitting in Buddhist sangahs hanging with the homeless. My energy would not allow me to be interested in anything but my chosen lessons of truth. Despite my attempts, I have simplified the answers I thought I knew to lay a foundation of harmony and trust with everything around me. I’m not saying I’m any wiser but the vessel carrying my destiny has strengthened and now I am fearless in how I show love. The pep in my step has been returned. Everything I had to do to get to where I am today is now what I teach and what I embody. It’s a state of being completely woven with the divine.

Has it been a smooth road?
I would say it’s as smooth as my internal dialogue allows it to be. It’s all apart of the awakening. I still seek the perfect adventure but with full knowingness, I have a part in creating it.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Flow State Media – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
Right now, what I’m dedicated to in this stage of my life is the grounded realizations of oneness and how we can create a better world for us all through those understandings. I am the co-creator of modern nirvana conference; A collective of like-minded people who are interested in health, biohacking, & deeper meaning in life. I am a master breathwork instructor for pranashama shamanic yoga institute. I lead workshops and retreats around the world. I am currently the executive producer for the film flow state using entertainment as tool to transform myself and this planet. I am part of a team producing a concert for 40,000 refugees in Jordan to build an art and music program in their refugee camp. I am also currently launching a global plant-based initiative inspiring people to share their story and convince the people closest to them to consume consciously.
