Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Nittoli.
Nick, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was first selected to be one of the contestants of Bravo’s platinum Hit by Evan Bogart. The tv show didn’t do well and so I was kinda left unsigned and unmanaged. I worked at production hard for a few years and eventually got my first song with snoop, then french Montana, then yg, then I got signed to Warner Chappell music publishing and worked with Fabian Mazur, neon hitch, Bianca Ryan, etc. Now I am pursuing my artist career and signed to new heights entertainment and Alan Melina. I work at Jim Henson Studios and at Warner Chappell’s facility to create new music everyday.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Well, I grew up poor and without a father. The tv show platinum hit did terrible as far as ratings went and I have struggled and been dealt many obstacles that I have had to overcome etc.
We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I am known for being a multi-genre songwriter and producer/ artist. From Bianca Ryan “they wanna be us now” to Jinco’s “Believer” my writing ranges from all different vibes and energies.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I would give credit to Kara Dioguardi, Ryan Tedder and a few other guests on the tv show Platinum hit. They really did help guide my writing to get to where I am now. I realize that the show was more of a college prep for the music industry more than anything.
