Meet Tal Leylian of L&P Development in Santa Monica

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tal Leylian.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Tal. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
L&P Development was founded in 2014 on the principal that customers are the most valuable asset of a company. That is why we strive to have 100% customer satisfaction.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a business is never easy. We had to adapt to certain environments, especially when penetrating new markets, in unfamiliar cities. We have overcome many obstacles, and are still facing challenges every day. Our goal is to continuously grow as a company and achieve more every step of the way. We are working on offering a wider range of services, which will eventually cover affordable home-remodeling without settling on quality.

L&P Development – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
L&P Development specializes in home furniture, gym equipment assembly, and TV wall mountings.

Our mission is to improve the customers’ lives, one project at a time.

Our range of services is wide and the quality of service and customer satisfaction are the top priorities.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success on a personal level by the goals I set forth to myself or my company. Every goal that is achieved is a small success, while it is also a step toward the bigger goal of universal success. This would be achieved when I can proudly look back and teach others how to fulfill their dreams and work towards achieving their own goals.

My business partner, Doron, and I have had the dream of creating a company that works with happy people – people who are proud to be part our team and are constantly referring quality technicians to join our company. Another goal we have is fulfilling our social responsibility and giving back to the next generation. This goal will be achieved by going back to our university, Cal State Northridge, and educate, inspire, and support students to aim high and work hard to follow their dreams.
