Today we’d like to introduce you to Daisy Rojas.

Hi Daisy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey started with a passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies. Over the years, I became deeply interested in body contouring, post-op recovery, and lymphatic wellness, which eventually led me to create Body By Daze.

As a mother and business owner, building my business has not always been easy. There were many long days, sacrifices, and moments where I had to trust the process even when things felt uncertain. I continued investing into my education, training, and techniques because I truly wanted to provide real results and a safe experience for my clients.

Today, Body By Daze specializes in Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, post-op care, body sculpting, and wellness treatments focused on helping clients feel their best both physically and emotionally. What means the most to me is the trust my clients place in me and being able to watch my business grow mostly through word of mouth, referrals, and genuine client relationships.

I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and excited for everything still ahead.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has not been a completely smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the pressure that comes with running a business mostly on my own. There were times where I doubted myself, felt overwhelmed, or questioned if all the hard work would eventually pay off.

Another challenge has been educating clients on the importance of proper post-op care and realistic expectations when it comes to body sculpting and lymphatic work. Social media often makes things look easy or “instant,” but I’ve worked very hard to build trust through education, consistency, and results.

As my business grew, learning how to manage my time, protect my energy, and set boundaries also became extremely important. Being booked out sounds amazing, but it also comes with pressure and sacrifice behind the scenes.

At the end of the day, every obstacle has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and I truly believe those experiences shaped the business I have today.

We’ve been impressed with Body By Daze , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Body By Daze specializes in Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, LymphoModeling, post-op care, body contouring, and wellness-focused treatments designed to help clients feel confident, healthy, and supported throughout their journey. I’m especially known for my hands-only lymphatic techniques, attention to detail, and results-driven approach.

What sets my business apart is that I truly focus on education, safety, and personalized care. I take pride in helping clients understand the importance of proper post-op recovery, compression, lifestyle habits, and consistency rather than promoting unrealistic expectations. I’m constantly investing into advanced trainings and continuing education so I can continue providing the best possible experience and results for my clients.

One thing I’m most proud of is the trust and loyalty I’ve built with my clientele over the years. Most of my growth has come through referrals, word of mouth, and genuine relationships with clients who continue to support my business.

Body By Daze is also a place where many women regain confidence and self-esteem. Seeing my clients walk out feeling happier, lighter, and more confident in themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I want people to know that Body By Daze is more than just aesthetics it’s about helping women feel better physically and emotionally while creating a safe and welcoming space where they feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered.

Something surprising that many people may not know about me is how much emotion, energy, and care goes into the work I do behind the scenes. A lot of people see the aesthetic side of the business or the results online, but many clients come to me during vulnerable moments in their lives especially after surgery or during periods where they’ve lost confidence in themselves.

I’ve learned that my work is not only about the physical transformation, but also about helping women emotionally reconnect with themselves and regain their self-esteem. That has become one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.

Another thing people may not realize is how much I invest into continuing education and mastering my techniques. I’m constantly training, learning, and evolving because I truly care about giving my clients the best and safest experience possible.
