Check Out Stephanie Kim’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Kim.

Hi Stephanie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I spent 15 years working in television, in brand content and production. Once I had my children, I decided to stay home full time. I’ve always enjoyed social media. When I finally felt the postpartum fog lift after 2 years, I started realizing how my story could maybe help other momsm going through what I went through: having my first baby through IVF then a surprise pregnancy just 4 months postpartum. I also had a creative part of my brain that was needing to be used. Being at home with 2 babies after a career in television, I was craving a project of my own while still being home with my kids.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Growth on social media can be quite humbling! Also playing the comparison game, why others grow faster or get more views. This year as I’ve turned 40 I’m leaning into what content makes me happy, even through algorithm shifts.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
First and foremost, I am a mom and will always put all of my effort into creating a fun and memorable childhood for my girls. Second to that, I create content that focuses on easy toddler, activities, easy toddler, recipes, and the funny and chaotic journey of motherhood.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Networking is the best thing you can do in any career. Even in motherhood! As a mom I was desperate for connection in my city, so I joined all the local Facebook mom groups, and introduced myself to other moms any chance I could get.
