Today we’d like to introduce you to Ace.
Hi Ace, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started Suite Spa Los Angeles in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic—when everything felt uncertain, but also very clear.
People were overwhelmed, isolated, and craving care… but they didn’t feel comfortable going out to get it. And even now, that hasn’t changed as much as people think.
That’s when the idea clicked:
What if the spa came to you?
Not just a quick service—but a full Spa Experience. Unrushed. Professional. Delivered in your own space.
In the beginning, like most entrepreneurs, I faced every challenge you can imagine—figuring out the model, building trust, refining the experience. Because mobile spa services already exist. The difference isn’t the service—it’s the consistency and trust behind it.
At first, I thought I would serve everyone. But over time, I found my natural connection was with women—especially those balancing careers, responsibilities, and everything in between. The ones who are used to showing up for everyone else.
That became my focus.
Today, I’m not just providing a service—I’m showing up as someone my clients trust. Someone who helps them slow down, reset, and actually receive care.
Suite Spa Los Angeles was never about replacing traditional spas.
It was about creating something that fits real life—where convenience meets genuine care, and the calm doesn’t disappear when the appointment ends.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all—it hasn’t been a smooth road. But in many ways, that’s expected.
Early on, like most businesses, I overestimated demand. Over time, the real market reveals itself—and you have to adjust. You learn who truly needs what you offer, and how to serve them with intention.
There’s also a unique layer to what I do. As a male therapist in a female-focused space, trust becomes the foundation. Men make up roughly 15–20% of licensed massage therapists in the U.S., so the experience naturally stands out—but only if it’s grounded in professionalism, consistency, and respect.
Beyond that, this work is personal.
I’m stepping into someone’s home, hotel, or Airbnb—their environment, their energy. That requires discipline—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I have to stay grounded so I can help someone else slow down and reset.
Because it’s not just about technique.
It’s about presence.
Many of my clients are used to carrying everything. Part of my role is creating a space where they don’t have to think, plan, or perform—just receive.
There have been slow seasons, growing pains, and moments where I had to refine everything—from my messaging to my audience to how I show up. But each challenge sharpened the experience.
It taught me that trust isn’t built in what you say—
it’s built in how consistently you show up.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I provide a mobile Spa Experience designed for women—delivered directly to their home, hotel, or Airbnb.
It’s more than just a massage. I bring the full environment—massage therapy, LED facial, heated foot soak, sauna wrap—so the experience feels complete, not rushed or pieced together.
I also offer a Wellness Lounge Experience for events—designed for both men and women. It’s a curated 10×10 spa space within the event where guests can step in, reset, and return feeling different.
It often becomes a highlight without trying to be.
Guests start asking, “Have you been to the spa lounge yet?”
A line forms naturally.
And many walk away saying, “I didn’t know I needed that.”
What I specialize in is removing the effort from self-care.
No driving. No waiting rooms. No planning.
Just care, arriving where you already are.
Over time, I’ve become known for how the experience feels. Not just relaxed—but lighter, clearer, more present in your own space.
What I’m most proud of is the level of trust I’ve built.
I work primarily with women, and that comes with responsibility. Every experience has to feel calm, respectful, and consistent. That trust is earned, one experience at a time.
What sets me apart isn’t just convenience—it’s intention.
Anyone can offer a service.
But creating a space where someone can truly let go… that’s different.
Because the calm doesn’t stay at a spa—
it stays with you.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
The best way to work with me is simple—reserve a Spa Experience and let me bring the care to you.
I also collaborate closely with wellness influencers and creators. Those partnerships are important to me because the experience is real—it’s in person, not staged.
I offer gifted Spa Experiences to creators who genuinely need a reset. It allows them to show up naturally, without pressure. No heavy production, no overthinking—just a moment of care in their own space.
And that’s what their audience connects with.
They’re not performing.
They’re receiving.
I also partner with event hosts, brands, and hospitality spaces through my Wellness Lounge Experience—bringing a calm, interactive spa element into events that guests remember.
For anyone looking to collaborate, support, or experience it firsthand—everything starts with a simple step:
Reach out, reserve, or start a conversation.
Because the experience speaks for itself once you feel it.
