Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Lorenzo.
Hi Michelle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve called Las Vegas home for over 40 years—I moved here as a kid from New Jersey, and I was raised with strong values like honor, courage, and commitment thanks to my dad, a Marine and Vietnam veteran. That foundation shaped my work ethic and how I show up for my clients.
I graduated from UNLV in Business Administration and started my career in hospitality, working in VIP services and casino marketing. That’s where I learned how to build real relationships and deliver a high level of service.
In 2002, I followed my passion into real estate and hit the ground running with Panorama Towers during a time when Las Vegas was transforming. I became a top producer, sold over 1,000 luxury high-rise condos, and worked with investors from all over the country. I also combined my love for design as an interior decorator on the project.
Today, I help both buyers and sellers navigate the market—from high-rise condos to single-family homes. Being a longtime local, I know this city inside and out, and I’m committed to making every transaction smooth, personal, and even fun.
I’m also a proud mom—my youngest graduates next month, and my oldest is playing college baseball in Oregon. Outside of work, I’m big into fitness, love the outdoors, and I’m always looking for my next challenge.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road—and I think that’s what makes the journey meaningful. Real estate comes with constant challenges—deals falling apart, unexpected issues during inspections, and navigating different personalities and emotions throughout a transaction.
On a personal level, one of my biggest challenges was stepping outside my comfort zone. I’ve always been more reserved, so putting myself out there—whether through networking, social media, or building my personal brand—took real effort.
But those experiences pushed me to grow. They taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think through problems instead of reacting to them, and truly advocate for my clients. Looking back, the challenges weren’t setbacks—they were the moments that really built me.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I’m a real estate professional based in Las Vegas, working with both buyers and sellers, and I’ve built my business around relationships, trust, and strong negotiation. I specialize in residential real estate and take pride in guiding my clients through every step of the process—from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers and investors.
What I’m most known for is being hands-on and highly communicative. Real estate can be emotional and complex, and I make it a priority to keep my clients informed, protected, and confident in their decisions. I don’t just open doors—I problem-solve, negotiate strategically, and anticipate issues before they become problems.
I’m especially proud of the relationships I’ve built over the years. A large part of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which tells me I’m doing something right. People know they can trust me to be honest, responsive, and fully invested in their goals.
What sets me apart is my level of care and consistency. I treat every transaction like it’s my own, and I show up the same way every time—professional, prepared, and focused on getting the best possible outcome for my clients.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending countless weekends on our boat at Lake Mead with my parents. The excitement would build as we packed our camping gear and set off for the lake, where the sun shined brightly and the water sparkled like diamonds.
I remember the feeling of freedom as we glided across the water, the wind in my hair, and the laughter of my parents echoing around us. Water skiing was always the highlight of the trip. I loved the rush of adrenaline as I slalomed over the waves, feeling triumphant every time I managed to stay upright. My parents cheered me on, making each successful run even more special.
Camping by the lakeside was a wonderful experience too. We would gather around the campfire at night, sharing stories, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the starry sky above us. These moments not only strengthened our bond as a family but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and outdoor adventures.
This experience is significant to me because it taught me about family values, the joy of exploration, and the beauty of simply being present in the moment. To this day, those weekends at Lake Mead hold a special place in my heart and continue to influence my love for the outdoors.
