Today we’d like to introduce you to Eddie Palmer II.
Hi Eddie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started in the Biology and Health arena. I graduated East Carolina University where I teach a few classes every semester to students. My clients began bringing all aspects of life to me health, wealth and various other socioeconomic opportunities. So I began to rededicate myself to other fields furthering my psychology base from college, taken MIT, Stanford courses in economics, Venture capital, etc. Fortifying myself as a well of knowledge to accompany my God given sagacity. Engineering systems of success in others lives requires a cognition of non bias information dispensation and synthesis.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
LOL, smooth no as Mya Angelou would say in her famous poem life for has been no crystal stair. The obstacles are in put in life to obtain discipline and faith to your beliefs in your Vows ( I never use goals it sounds like a hope of some sort or a trial for failure, vow means you have set out to accomplish regardless)
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
As a Private Consultant my purpose for starting this business was innovation and optimization in the lives of others it is key part of growth towards maximizing individual potential in life and their pursuit of happiness. Helping clients find the best ways to accomplish that. I wanted to create better more successful people, the greatest amongst us are servants to others. Whether mentally, physically, financially, or all the above helping people pursue the avenue they see is best for them to thrive is a deep satisfaction for me. Being apart of a renovation and or restoration of another living soul is epitome of appeasement. Everyone is different so the approach must be different as well from personal financial success/literacy, working on internal hormone issues, or changing external health standards and education. In life philosophy one size does not fit all so the variety in psychology approaches along with having a collegiate educational background and courses post grad taken ( MIT, Stanford, London school of Business and more) aligned with the God given sagacity has best suited me for this profession and to create everlasting changes in individuals to see the expansion and implementation of wisdom and knowledge into a clients life that will alter the trajectory of themselves and their families for generations to come. To whom much is given much is required as the old saying goes and I was given this gift to bestow, show, craft and create greatness into others. Viewing the S.E.E. ( significant emotional experience ) moment that brings people to me turn into the fabrication and installation of a new self. It never gets old, its like losing weight you do not notice the first couple of pounds but your changed once you accumulate larger amounts you look back in awe and see your former shell or prison and wonder how you lived that way for so long. That 20/20 version of the world clients now have is something that makes me get up earlier to go the extra mile.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Mentors tend to gravitate to you. These are people who have been where you are and see the desire for higher level in you something you cannot fake or fabricate. Seeing themselves in you. The success they have had regardless of the arena will help you grow if you starting a clothing line and they are private practice doctor, or in my case engineers, Dept of Defense ( now Dept. of War) officer, or women’s shoe line owner. Their knowledge, the hurdles, the view points will help you go so much further. Networking matters but with whom and where and how does just as much. Are you acquiring a list of people who do great things or people who chase attention for validation. What is their 2,5,10 year plan(s) what do they spend they’re free time doing. 1st way to judge intelligence is by looking at the people someone surrounds themselves with (Machiavelli). As I often say everyone wants the parade few wants to help build the floats so with networking make sure you not indulging in surface level / shallow time with those who do not want to do more then just be seen. What is the ratio of work time to entertainment time of your networking circle how do they view setbacks or problems.
