Exploring Life & Business with Angelica Querubin of Aesthelle Marlié Medical Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angelica Querubin.

Hi Angelica, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my journey in aesthetics as a nurse practitioner with a passion for beauty, wellness, and helping people feel confident in themselves. But honestly, becoming a mom, especially navigating postpartum with my youngest son, was a huge turning point for me personally and professionally. I found myself wanting more: more freedom, more purpose, and the ability to create a life and business that my family could grow alongside with me.

What started as a passion for aesthetics slowly became a bigger vision. I wanted to build a med spa that felt different. I wanted to create a space that blended luxury aesthetics, wellness, and genuine connection, while still making clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

I started by focusing on treatments I truly believed in and prioritizing natural results, safety, and education. As the business grew through social media, word of mouth, and loyal clients, it became so much more than just aesthetics for me. It became proof that I could build something meaningful for myself and my children.

My kids have honestly been my biggest motivation through all of it. There were a lot of long days, sacrifices, and moments of self-doubt, especially while balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship, but those experiences pushed me to keep growing. Now, I’m continuing to expand my vision into something even bigger, which is in the works and still a secret 🙂

I’m incredibly grateful for how far the journey has come, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road! Building a business while navigating motherhood and postpartum came with a lot of challenges emotionally, physically, and mentally. There were moments where I doubted myself, felt overwhelmed trying to balance being present for my kids while also growing a business, and times where I had to learn things the hard way as an entrepreneur.

Starting and growing a med spa also comes with a lot of pressure behind the scenes like building trust with clients, investing back into the business, learning marketing, creating systems, and wearing multiple hats all at once. There were long days and sacrifices that people don’t always see on social media.

But honestly, those struggles shaped me the most and I became more driven to keep building something intentional and meaningful.

Every challenge taught me something… whether it was about resilience, confidence, leadership, or trusting my vision even when things felt uncertain. Looking back, I think the difficult seasons are what made the growth so rewarding.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business was created with the vision of combining aesthetics, beauty, and wellness into one elevated experience. I wanted to build more than just a traditional med spa because I wanted to create a space and brand that feels community-driven, welcoming and easily accessible for clients.

One of the things that makes my brand unique is the name itself, Aesthelle Marlié. Aesthelle is actually a word I created by blending together aesthetics, beauty, and wellness — the three things that inspired the foundation of my business. To me, Aesthelle represents confidence, femininity, self-care, and feeling beautiful in a balanced and intentional way. Marlié was created by combining my two sons’ names, Riley and Amari. They’re my biggest motivation, so it only felt right to build something inspired by them and named after them.

At Aesthelle Marlié, we specialize in natural, refined aesthetic treatments including injectables, skin rejuvenation, wellness services, weight loss treatments, IV therapy, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals. My approach has always been centered around enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing safety, education, and results that still feel like you.

What also sets us apart is that we offer concierge-style services and house calls, creating a more personalized, easily accessible and luxury experience for clients who want treatments in the comfort of their own space. I wanted aesthetics to feel more approachable, convenient, and lifestyle-focused rather than overly clinical.

A huge part of our brand is also community. I love collaborating with local businesses, wellness spaces, Pilates studios, fitness events, pop-ups, and women-focused community events because I’ve always envisioned Aesthelle as more than just appointments and treatments. I wanted it to feel like a lifestyle brand that brings together beauty, wellness, confidence, and connection.

I’m especially proud of building a brand that feels authentic to who I am and resonates with so many women, especially moms and busy women who are trying to balance everything while still wanting to pour into themselves too. Seeing clients trust me with not only their appearance but their confidence and self-care journey means everything to me.

I want readers to know that Aesthelle is more than a med spa — it’s a growing wellness and aesthetics community built around confidence, intentional beauty, and helping people feel their best inside and out.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something people might be surprised to know about me is that I’m actually pretty sentimental and emotional behind the scenes. A lot of what I’ve built with Aesthelle came from a very personal place, especially going through postpartum, motherhood, and learning how to rediscover confidence and identity while balancing so many roles at once.

I think people see the aesthetic, polished side of the brand, but don’t always realize how much heart is attached to it and the journey it took for me. There were moments where I was building this business while exhausted, doubting myself, caring for my kids, and still trying to show up for everyone around me. I can be very aesthetic and put-together on the outside, but behind the scenes it can be messy and I have like 47 tabs open in my brain at once. It’s organized chaos! In a way, Aesthelle grew alongside me during a huge season of personal growth.
