Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamil Afzali.
Hi Jamil, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I got into the business during COVID when I partnered with a friend who had already been doing this for about 10 years. I reached out to him, learned the ropes from the ground up, and just started going for it. In the beginning, it was very scrappy — reaching out to businesses through friends and family, walking into places door-to-door, and doing whatever it took to get our foot in the door. We definitely took some losses early on, but it was all part of learning the process and building real experience. More importantly, it gave us the ability to say we’ve done merch for certain businesses, which helped a lot when pitching new clients. From there, it just kept compounding — better relationships, better production, and steadily growing into what it is today.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In the beginning, we took on jobs just to learn, even if it meant losing money, which came with its own pressure. As we started growing, a big challenge became keeping up with deadlines while maintaining quality, especially as order volume increased.
On top of that, supply chain issues have been a constant hurdle. Pricing on blanks and materials has been unpredictable, especially with tariffs and overall cost increases, which makes it tough to stay competitive while still protecting margins. There’s always a balance between moving fast for clients and making sure everything is done right.
Those challenges have forced us to get more dialed in with operations, sourcing, and communication, and ultimately made the business stronger.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, and stickers — but more than anything, we’re known for getting the job done. We pride ourselves on being reliable, especially when timelines are tight. We’re open 7 days a week and will work late nights if needed to hit deadlines, which is a big reason companies like Snap, Del Taco, Cymbiotika, and FIJI trust us with their merch.
I’m most proud of being able to work with brands I genuinely like and use in my day-to-day life, like Cymbiotika, Bodhi Coffee, and Cowboy Colostrum. It makes the work feel a lot more personal.
What sets us apart is the combination of quality, speed, and pricing. We keep things simple — no setup fees, no screen fees, no hidden charges — and focus on delivering a great product as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How do you define success?
if clients trust us, come back, and refer us to others, that’s how I measure success.
