Hi! Please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
10 years ago I started off in corporate America as a sales engineer, with a side gig in podcasting (like everyone nowadays) but this one actually took off. WHOREible Decisions was a black cultural phenomenon and thats how I met AlexxMedia. He started off as my video producer and soon we become close friends. Like all great business ideas, we decided over drinks to start a podcast production company together, and in 2020 WTFMedia Studios was born. 5 locations now in 2 cities, serving the biggest celebs from a Kardashian to Kamala Harris, we have become the hub for all things podcasting. During my rise to entrprenuership I also have opened a gym in NYC called TrapHAUS and become a NYT Best seller with the book No Holes Barred.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Frankly, my largest struggles came from people not believing that a podcaster could be an actual business woman. There seemed to be a bit of resistance to my clients trusting me as a producer.

WTFmedia is a black and woman owned production and podcast studio in LA.
I am the co-founder, and I specialize in all things creative for the company.

What really sets us apart is that we’re both REAL podcasters that have quit our dayjobs from the success we found from our shows. Everything we have brought to clients is from personal experience. what I am most proud of aside from our accolades, is our staff. Over the years we have curated not only a team that is so damn cool you would want to grab a drink with them, but professional, and passionate about their work.
