Hidden Gems: Meet Stacey Vafaijambaham of Blue Lotus Rising Healing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Vafaijambaham.

Hi Stacey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my journey as a massage therapist in 2021. I envisioned a wellness center for prenatal because my personal experience with massage wasn’t very relaxing and it was hard to find people that were truly trained and loved doing prenatal. Unfortunately most weren’t comfortable and weren’t trying to learn not connecting with me because they just wanted to finish.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was a big struggle to get here. I had a family for 15 yrs unfortunately we didn’t stay together and I lost everything my kids were taken by the father and I had battled addiction after breaking my tailbone going to a skating event to support my daughters school. Why we also separated as well as other things, I healed. This made me fight harder as well, I actually had to sleep in my car at some point at a park for a few nights. I felt I hit rock bottom, but this pushed me to do something and not to give up. So I signed up for school. I remember my dream this pushed me to be an example for my kids if this ever happens to them they know not to give up. We can always start over no matter what or how old you are. I went to school 5 days a week and working weekends to pay for school as well. There was a point I almost gave up. But my heart was set to my dream. I’m still working hard to grow this for my facility, but I’m very proud of the lessons I’ve learned along the way to get to where I am.

My business is a prenatal massage shop. Our purpose is to bring awareness on how important it is for the new moms or just mothers to get care and have a place to relax and get healing. We specialize in customized prenatal and post natal massage. And we also do sound healing. My business is a wellness place. We help heal body and connection with the soul. We believe in finding the root of the problem to give the best result possible. I’m proud to help many people heal and feel better after a session I’m excited to grow.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I don’t have a.podcas. I’m doing advertising on Google, Instagram, Facebook, and Groupon. I’m working on getting the word out there. Anyway, I can.
