Hi Rae, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has always been about connection, connecting to myself, to others, and to the unseen energy that guides us. I began working with Reiki, and through that, I saw how subtle shifts in energy, intention, and mindset can open people to more clarity, peace, and alignment in their lives.
The Handle Candle grew from a simple desire: to bring that sense of healing and presence into people’s everyday spaces. I started creating candles infused with Reiki energy and carefully chosen crystals, each one a little vessel of intention and love. They’re not just candles, they’re tools to help people pause, reflect, release what no longer serves them, and invite more clarity, self-love, and purpose into their day.
Over time, I refined the experience to honor sustainability and ritual: the containers are reusable, the crystals remain, and the energy lingers, giving people a gentle way to continue their inner work even after the candle is gone. What began as a personal experiment has grown into a business because it resonates with people who want more than a product, they want a soulful, intentional experience that nurtures both their space and their spirit.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall, building The Handle Candle has been such a joyful and creative journey. I’ve loved meeting new people, experimenting with different ideas, and seeing how the energy of the candles resonates with others.
The biggest challenge has been balancing this venture with my Reiki Hypnotherapy practice. I realized early on that trying to do everything myself was stretching me too thin. The turning point came when I allowed myself to ask for help, leaning on friends and family first, and eventually bringing in loving, aligned support. That not only eased the workload but also amplified the energy and intention behind everything we do. It’s been a beautiful reminder that collaboration and support are part of the journey, and asking for help is a form of self-care and alignment in itself.

I work at the intersection of energy, mindset, and spiritual alignment. My background is in Reiki and Hypnotherapy, and I guide people in releasing limiting beliefs, reconnecting to their intuition, and stepping into their highest potential. I also create intention-driven tools, like The Handle Candle, to extend that healing and awareness into daily life.
I specialize in helping people break free from unconscious patterns, those blocks that keep them stuck, self-doubting, or disconnected from their purpose. I’m known for combining deep subconscious work with nurturing, practical tools that make spiritual growth accessible and tangible.
What I’m most proud of is creating experiences and products that truly resonate with people, supporting both inner transformation and everyday ritual. What sets me apart is the integration of multiple modalities: energy healing, hypnotherapy, and tangible, intentional tools, all designed to support lasting change with love, clarity, and ease. My work is as much about the heart as it is about results, it’s about helping people feel seen, empowered, and aligned.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is love. Love for my family and the joy of being deeply connected to the people I care about. Equally, living in my purpose matters profoundly. I feel called to create, to guide, and to support others in stepping into their highest potential. When I align with my purpose, everything I do, whether it’s energy work, hypnotherapy, or creating The Handle Candle feels meaningful and connected. It’s this combination of love and purpose that shapes how I show up in the world every day.
