Hi Ayla Rae, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, I have been learning to play the guitar. I love being able to sit down and learn how to play some of my favorite songs. It also feels nice when I can learn a new song and play it for my family and friends.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Ayla Rae Neal. I am an actress, singer, and occasional model and dancer. I have been acting since the age of 5 and singing since the age of 3. I have always enjoyed working on set and meeting new people. Even at such an early age, I knew this was something I had always wanted to do, and I am thankful that my family decided to move to Los Angeles so that I could follow my career path. Projects I have worked on include LoL Surprise The Movie as Queen Bee. All-American as Young Olivia, CBS Poppa’s House Pilot as Maya, and I recently wrapped up a feature film titled Coral, The Haunted Assignment” as Coral. In between those projects, I have also been in a few national commercials and voice-over projects. As a singer, I have performed at a few competitions and even had the chance to perform at the Apollo Theatre in New York. I currently work with a producer and record covers of many popular songs. I am planning on releasing my own music in the near future.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My parents held a unique perspective on me, seeing my potential and strengths even when I was too young to recognize them myself. They nurtured my curiosity, supported my passions, and consistently believed in me, which was instrumental in shaping my self-awareness and confidence. Their unwavering faith in me served as a guiding light, helping me navigate challenges and discover my true self.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would say never stop doing what you love because it will get you very far and bring you joy.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would probably say I really value being supportive and creative. I try to be a good listener when they need to vent or even brainstorm ideas if they are feeling stuck. I truly value friendships and make it a point to always be there for my friends.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will remember me as someone who brought joy to their lives through my performances and inspired them to chase their dreams.
