Hi Dmitrii, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Russia, where my Dad taught me hands-on technical skills from a young age. He sold air conditioning units around our city, and I used to help him unload them off the truck and see how everything worked. He also taught me how to solder electronics and build lightweight airplanes in our backyard. These skills became the foundation for what I do today in the air conditioning industry. When I was choosing my life path and where I would work, this field felt close to me so I began working within the HVAC industry. After a few years of working for other people I decided to start Pure Air LA because I wanted to deliver the best service possible to the people of Los Angeles!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The hardest parts of the journey thus far has beenworking in 130 degree attics with limited space and obtaining the general contractor license!

Pure Air LA delivers comfort to peoples homes and offices through heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. We are known for our focus on air quality, improving the air quality for not only our clients, but in LA as well by donating money to clean air programs. I’m most proud that we don’t just install air conditioners, we change peoples lives for the better. What I like best about Los Angeles is that there are a lot of homeowners who are a pleasure to work with. The only thing I dislike about L.A. is that it is too good! The sun and the ocean can be a distraction sometimes.
