Aaron, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
I’d say a mix of energy and integrity—bringing a positive spirit while always staying true and honest. Intelligence is not as important because skills can be learned over time, but without energy and integrity, you can’t build trust or inspire others.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a real estate agent with The Haft Group at Rodeo Realty, helping clients navigate the market with creativity, dedication, and trusted expertise. Beyond real estate, I’m also a writer, producer, and founder of Catapult World, a creative media company specializing in film development and brand storytelling. At Catapult World, we focus on creating original screenplays, producing content that bridges brands with audiences, and developing stories that resonate across film, TV, and digital platforms.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My Bubbe (Yiddish for grandmother) recognized my artistic potential at a young age. She nurtured it, guiding me to develop my craft across various mediums. She also encouraged me to embrace creativity not only in art, but in business ventures such as real estate. If it wasn’t for my Bubbe, I wouldn’t be the artist and entrepreneur I am today.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Originality is power, be yourself, be different.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I have several scripts and screenplays in development, each of which I’m committed to seeing through to completion. The journey from idea to finished product takes time, but that’s where all the fun and growth really happen.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
We are a part of nature, and I find my greatest peace when immersed in it. Stepping into the natural world gives me inspiration, clarity, and balance—helping me stay grounded amidst the noise of the matrix. When we lose touch with nature, we begin to lose touch with ourselves.
