Hi Blu , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First things first, I connect to Spirit. Affirmative prayer, meditation, reiki and breath work. Start moving my body with some yoga, somatic dancing or tai chi. I love up on my pup “Lucy” and take her for a walk. I set my intention for the day and get into gratitude.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

It is the merging of soul medicine and creative fire, where healing meets performance, and trauma is alchemized into brilliance. I am a shamanic reiki master, sound healer,
Sacred wellness coach, inner artist doula and spiritual minister.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Infinite Spirit! I love this question. I live for this. Breaking the chains of my enslaved ancestors. Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I am a born artist and I think all children are artists. I was free before the adults projected their limiting beliefs and pain body on to us. I have been on a a sacred healing path to free myself of everyone else’s energy and trauma for the past 20 years. I am sovereign divinity and unlimited expression. I am everything and limitless. Fearless and bold. I am my inner child and I am so grateful I have rescued her!! I am luxurious revolution.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
All glory to the most high, great creator. Yes. Many, many times. I always get up. in 2011 my dad died and I hit a low spot mentally. I decided to give up drinking and get sober. It was the hardest thing I have ever done and I have 8 years free now. I didn’t think I could do it and I did it anyway. I turned the depression into expression. I got help and started training with the greatest teachers, shamans, healers and therapist. I would face my shadow and turn on my light, even brighter. Not easy but worth it. So grateful I never made a lasting decision for a fleeting emotion. I transmuted the dark thoughts. I Survived & I keep arriving and thriving in a powerful way. Coming home to myself and a gigantic spirit team.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I believe in agape unconditional love. I believe we are all born to love and express love in all ways. I am committed to helping people remember their power and turn their inner lights on. I believe in somatic, shamanic and creative ways of healing. It’s time to honor the indigenous land and ways. We must take our power back.

I believe the spirit is immortal. I am spirit. I am building a powerful healing and retreat center.
