Candice, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is crucial in the field of real estate! I think it’s important to be honest with clients. Honesty always wins.
Also, clients are trusting Luxe Level Group with one of the biggest purchases of their lives, I want to make sure it’s a positive and transparent process for them!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California and specialize in luxury real estate. I have been licensed for over a decade, but it was when I went through the home-buying process when I realized my passion for cultivating relationships and making the home/office buying simple, peaceful, and enjoyable! I specialize in off-market deals along with on-market deals. Off-market deals relieve a lot of stress for both buyers and sellers.
I truly enjoy connecting the dots bringing people and properties together. There is nothing more gratifying than a family or a couple finding their retreat, escape, and sanctuary. I know that real estate is truly a service-based business more than anything. It’s all about building relationships and making the transaction seamless and successful!
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Prior to entering the world of real estate, I was a piano teacher.
I assumed that there was no room for me to be a realtor as most buyer’s only go to the top few agents, boy was I wrong!
I didn’t realize my social network was unique in that I knew many people through my children and through teaching piano!
It helped me build my clientele.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
There is only so much a person can control. God is in control and sometimes in deals, we have to let go and let God. It usually works to our advantage and we just have to trust the process. We put our best foot forward and if something doesn’t go as planned, it’s important to believe that it happened for good reason.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
On Friday night, my phone is off for 25 hours.
It is time to restore my mind, relax my body, and to reflect on the week ahead.
It’s time to recharge and catch wind again.
Keeping the sabbath is a true blessing and I believe everyone can benefit from disconnected to connect!
It’s just not possible to connect with yourself with so many technological distractions.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
Spending quality time with my family!
