Today we’d like to introduce you to Rasa DiSalvo.
Hi Rasa, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
When Lithuania regained independence from the Soviet Union, I was eight years old, and something awakened in me. I had a vision, almost a certainty, that one day I would live in the United States, in California. It wasn’t just a dream. It felt like destiny. By the time I was 11 or 12, I was sneaking into internet cafés and entering my parents into the green card lottery, convinced this was the way. Looking back, it’s a blessing we never won. My family couldn’t have afforded even a one-way ticket. The universe had a different plan.
At 17, after volleyball practice, my coach casually mentioned that he knew a coach at the University of Illinois who was looking for players. While the rest of my teammates giggled and walked to the locker room, something in me froze. I knew this was the opening I had been waiting for. I sent a clumsy email in broken English from my mother’s account, and to my shock, he replied. “Yes, Send me a video of you playing.” There was only one problem—I didn’t know anyone with a video camera. Seems funny now, but it was nearly 25 years ago now.
That’s when life intervened again. Around the same time, me and my teammate had the chance to compete for a spot to represent Lithuania in beach volleyball at the Francophonie Games in Canada. No one expected us to win. We were 17-year-olds facing the best women in the country, veteran players in their late 20s competing all over Europe. But in the finals, something beyond me seemed to take over. I played the best games of my life, and somehow, we won.
That victory gave me the chance to play in Canada, where the University of Illinois coach came to see me. He offered me a scholarship on the spot, with one condition: I had to learn English, pass the SAT and TOEFL, and prove I could succeed academically. For six months, I studied like my life depended on it. I spent 4-6h a day memorizing hundreds of English words, without no one pushing me. Miraculously, I passed. On August 6, I landed at O’Hare Airport in Chicago with two duffel bags, $100, and an unshakable belief that if you have a burning desire, the universe will conspire to meet you halfway.
At university, I chose finance over psychology, believing it would be a more secure path for someone needing a visa to stay in the U.S. From the minute I was handed that lap top at my first consulting job, I knew this wasn’t for me. But I continued on building a strong career—climbing ladders, working with incredible people, achieving success that looked great on paper. But there was always a whisper inside: “there’s more for you to experience”.
For years, I pushed that whisper aside thinking I have it pretty good already. Then, during COVID, I tore my Achilles. Suddenly, I couldn’t run, couldn’t escape, couldn’t keep busy. For the first time in my life, I had to be still—and listen. That was the turning point. I hired my first coach, began deep self-work, and realized the very thing I was most afraid of—leaving the “security” of a paycheck —was the biggest thing keeping me from living my true purpose.
I began exploring money not just as numbers and spreadsheets, but as energy, psychology, and subconscious programming. I studies with guru’s teachers, and read every book I could get my hands on. I saw how false believes and fear around money blocks so many people, just as it blocked me. And as I worked through my own limiting believes and fears, I deep sense of freedom and abundance become my new state of being. That same year I left my steady wok and the steady paycheck and started exploring how I can use my gift to support others and create abundance in a way that felt aligned with my soul and my purpose. Women began seeking me out—not just for career transformation, but for guidance on how to honor the voice inside them that whispered, “you are meant for more, you have more gifts to unwrap”. So we went deep and things were moving fast for them and I couldn’t believe I am getting paid for doing what I absolutely love.
Some of those women started their own businesses and some started new side gigs. Others reinvented their careers or fell back in love with the work they were already doing, but from a place of authenticity. What mattered wasn’t the exact path they took—it was that they started listening to their inner wisdom, and started honoring where it was guiding them. They stopped leading from pressure and lack, and started leading from pleasure, abundance, and alignment.
That’s why I am so passionate about the work I do today. I help women break free of fear, reprogram limiting beliefs, and step into their full power—whether in the boardroom, in their own business, or in life. My mission is to help women trust their inner wisdom and pair it with bold, courageous action. Because when we do that, we don’t just succeed—we thrive, we expand, and we change the world.
My story is proof of that. From a girl in Lithuania with no video camera and a $100 to her name to a woman living her dream life in California, the common thread is this: when you honor the whispers of your soul and combine it with powerful authentic action, you can accomplish literally anything.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
From Finance to Freedom:
Despite my very modest upbringing, I truly believed I had no problem with money. I was a high-earning finance professional, respected in my field, good at earning and equally good at spending. Money and I were on friendly terms—or so I thought.
But beneath the polished surface, something deeper stirred. Why am I staying in this job and career that I don’t love. Why can’t I just leave? It wasn’t until I started asking harder questions—What would I do if money weren’t in the picture? What do I really love doing? Why does it feel so unsafe to leave the work I’ve built?—that I realized the truth. My relationship with money wasn’t as clear as I had believed. It was woven with fear, with scarcity, and with stories I didn’t even know I was carrying.
I remembered sneaking into bars in college because I didn’t have five dollars for the cover charge. When I landed my first job, earning $50,000 a year, it felt like becoming a millionaire overnight. So years later, the thought of walking away from multiple times that income into the uncertainty of where the next dollar will come didn’t just feel scary—it felt like insanity. And yet, my soul whispered it was the right move.
That whisper didn’t quiet down. It grew louder until I could no longer ignore it. Still, the fears came in waves. Fear of what people would think if I left a prestigious career. Fear of starting small. Fear of failing. My conscious mind was brilliant at spinning convincing, logical stories to keep me safe—stories that sounded like hard facts, but were really just old survival patterns.
When I finally took the leap into entrepreneurship, it wasn’t glamorous. My first two years were marked by inconsistency, unpredictable income, and some long nights wondering if I had made the right move. I loved the work itself, but the money didn’t flow as abundantly I had hoped. I realized I needed to uplevel—not by working harder, but by learning new skills in conscious selling, in sustainable marketing, and in creating strategies that actually felt aligned with my authentic self.
It wasn’t easy. I doubted myself countless times. There were moments I was ready to give up. But every time I felt like I was about to lean back, I doubled down. I invested in working with coaches, mentors and experts in the field who inspired me. I just listened to my inner whispers and followed them. Over sudden that fragile belief shifted into an unshakable knowing that “I am doing exactly what I was meant to do”. And that’s when something really shifted for good. Suddenly, the pieces began to click. Clients were finding me. My calendar filled with work I loved. My income grew steadily exceeding what I was making in my career in finance. For the first time, I was fully booked, working with clients who inspired me, traveling the globe freely, and soaking in time with my family.
And then came another test. Last year, I went through a personal experience so painful it nearly broke me. The kind of experience that forces you to your knees and demands you choose: collapse, or rise stronger. What carried me through was everything I had cultivated along the way—my spiritual practices, my mindset tools, and my tribe. My own medicine that I share with others became the scaffolding that allowed me not only to endure but to expand. I came out of that storm more resilient, more attuned, and more anchored in my purpose than ever before.
We seek success and abundance. But the journey is never about that. Money is just the mirror—reflecting our fears, our old identities, our deepest insecurities – inviting us to go beyond them. And when we do, it becomes the key—unlocking a doorway into freedom, creativity, and soul alignment. That’s why this topic is so deeply weaved into my coaching frameworks.
Because the truth is this: our subconscious beliefs run the show far more than we realize. They tell us to play safe, to stay small, to hold on tightly to the familiar. But when we have the courage to face them, to rewrite them, and to lead with our inner knowing, we unlock not just abundance—but the fullest expression of who we are.
My story has been one of facing fear, of letting go, of rebuilding from zero, and of learning to trust the whispers of my soul even when logic screamed otherwise. And if there’s anything I’ve learned along the way, it’s this: when you choose alignment over fear, and authenticity over performance, your reality realigns to respond in the most harmonious and abundant ways beyond you could have ever immagined.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My transformational coaching and leadership business helps women break free from fear, scarcity, and pressure—and step into careers, businesses, and lives rooted in alignment, pleasure, and abundance. My specialty is working at the intersection of energetics and strategy: combining deep mindset and subconscious reprogramming with practical tools and rituals for wealth creation, visibility, and leadership. I’m known for guiding women to unlock their inner frequency, honor their feminine wisdom, and pair it with bold, courageous action.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is the way I weave together two worlds that often feel separate: the spiritual and the material. My clients don’t just walk away with a business plan or a mindset shift—they experience transformation on every level. It’s a full identity upgrade. I help them release money blocks, embody their authentic presence, and build aligned strategies that actually work for their unique energy. It’s not about forcing yourself into a model that doesn’t fit—it’s about stepping into your boldest most authentic version of yourself and creating from your wholeness. That’s why my work feels both deeply spiritual and powerfully practical.
What are you most proud of brand wise?
I’m most proud that my brand represents freedom, authenticity, joy, and unapologetic self-expression. Clients often tell me that just being in my space gives them permission to be bigger, bolder, and more alive. I love that my brand isn’t about chasing success—it’s about creating overflow from alignment. It’s about showing women that they can be both fierce and soft, powerful and feminine, wealthy and deeply fulfilled.

In essence: I create spaces where women can honor their inner wisdom, embody their authentic voice, and unlock their next-level abundance. It’s not just about business or success—it’s about reclaiming the freedom to live, lead, and create from your highest frequency.
I guide women to lead from pleasure, not pressure, and to create lives and businesses that light them up.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I absolutely love living in Hermosa Beach. It has the charm of a small, close-knit beach community, with the laid-back lifestyle of ocean living, yet it sits right next to the big city energy of Los Angeles, with its airport, sport and concert venues, and endless opportunities to explore (or as we call it to get out of the bubble). People always ask me about LA traffic, but the truth is I spend more time on my e-bike than in my car—because I designed my life that way. LA is huge, and it’s easy to get lost in the sprawl, but the beauty is that you also get to create your own nook, your own circle, and your own magic. And if life doesn’t feel magical where you are…let’s chat! No… really, it’s rarely about the location—it’s usually about your alignment.
