Alen, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Well, I started LiveWebMedia just about 27 years ago now, as a web design company and then years later I incorporated marketing into the mix, while in the background, I was building a Villa in Costa Rica, and traveling Europe with my wife and 2 dogs for 2 years.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My dad saw my potential before I did
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
When backed into a corner, you will find out what type of person you are, you will either fold or push thru and come up the other end.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What do you believe is true but cannot prove?
I have always been a believer of people who show you their worth and value vs what is on a piece of paper like a resume.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
