An Inspired Chat with Alexis Griswold

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Alexis Griswold . Check out our conversation below.

Alexis , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
I’m really proud of the work I’ve been putting into building my personal brand. From creating plant-based recipes to sharing vlogs on YouTube about the things I’m most passionate about. It’s been a lot of work, but also incredibly rewarding.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My brand is a reflection of my journey in self-development, conscious living, and creative expression. I share plant-based recipes, insights on personal growth, and speak up for animal rights through activism. I also open up about my own experiences, the highs and the challenges, because I believe authenticity is what truly connects us. Alongside that, I share my music taste, the philosophies I study, and the lessons I learn along the way. My goal is to inspire others to live more intentionally, compassionately, and with a deeper sense of purpose.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I use to think I was not creative at all and I have definitely proved that wrong through creating my content

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering has taught me how to keep going no matter how many obstacles I face. It gave me courage, perseverance, and the strength to trust myself even when results aren’t immediately visible. I’ve learned to rely on my vision, to believe in my path, and to know that I don’t need outside approval or recognition to feel fulfilled. I can create happiness within myself and be at peace on my own

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is my real self. In fact, my YouTube content often feels like the most authentic version of me. I’ve always felt comfortable in front of the camera, even as a kid when I used to film myself for fun. That same openness carried into my content today. In everyday life I may seem more reserved or quiet, but when I create, the most outgoing and expressive parts of me come alive. My content allows me to be free, honest, and fully myself.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I was a deeply kind and compassionate person whose words and actions inspired others to rise into their fullest and most authentic selves; that my life’s work reflected an unwavering commitment to creating a kinder world not only for people but for animals as well; and that through my dedication, I was able to spark meaningful conversations and drive tangible change in animal welfare, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, awareness, and transformation that continued to ripple outward long after I was gone
