Hi Marlon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I don’t know where to start haha. I come from a creative and entrepreneurial background. I started in modeling and acting, with appearances in shows like The Mayor of Kingstown and Dollar and a Dream. That experience led me into YouTube streaming, where I share my journey and connect with people through real content. At the same time, I built Ace Solutionz LLC, my logistics company, from the ground up learning dispatch, building business credit, and scaling operations. I’m also actively involved in real estate investing, focused on creating long-term wealth. Everything I do whether it’s entertainment, business, or real estate is about growth, authenticity, and inspiring others to bet on themselves.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Yea life has its ups and downs but I come from a very religious family so I always put god first and everything usually works out and comes together when you believe in what you are doing and put god first.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, I see Ace Solutionz LLC scaling to $25 million and beyond by focusing on smart growth, technology adoption, and expanding our service offerings. We’re building a solid foundation now with strong business credit, systems, and a growing team that will allow us to take on larger contracts and fleets. Our plan includes investing in more trucks, diversifying into power-only and specialized freight, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer experience. We’re also exploring partnerships and entering new markets to broaden our reach. Sustainability and innovation will be a big part of our growth strategy, helping us stay ahead in an evolving industry. Ultimately, the goal is to build a logistics powerhouse that delivers top-tier service while creating real value for our clients, employees, and community.
