Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike & Mick Mahan.
Hi Mike & Mick, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I always had an interest in pizza and how to make good food. I saw from meeting people in the industry that it could be fun, profitable and rewarding. Most importantly, it would work well with my musical background. Traveling, performing, etc.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not always been smooth, but when you pull through all the challenges it feels great. The restaurant industry can be difficult at times but you have to just keep making progress and doing your best.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We specialize in variety of authentic styles. We believe in taking people back to their roots with regional, artisan pizza. Food is a major part of everyone’s upbringing.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is defined by gratitude. The more things you can add to your list that you’re grateful for, the more successful you may feel. Even if you have 1 or 2 things on that list, that can define success. In our case, we have a great pizza business and we have tight family core.
