Today we’d like to introduce you to Farron Feiner
Hi Farron, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My spiritual awakening in 2019 ignited a deep commitment to healing—one that has since evolved into a calling to help others on their transformative journeys. At 16, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and hospitalized due to the illness. For 25 years, I relied on medication until, in 2023, I made the life-changing decision to stop taking it and heal my body naturally.
Through my own healing, I discovered that every disease and symptom the body expresses is a message—revealing blocked or imbalanced energy within. Now, it is my passion to guide others in understanding these signals, releasing trapped energy, and freeing themselves from physical manifestations of imbalance.
Now, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate trust in their own intuition.
I consider myself a forever student, always embracing growth and continuously doing deep work on myself. Being new at something and putting in effort helps me reframe failure, while investing in myself in new ways builds my confidence.
Last September, I received a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to begin training with Somatic Energy practitioner Dr. John Amaral. Somatic Energy Healing helps regulate the nervous system by bringing in new available energy where stagnation and constriction exist in the body from a dysregulated nervous system – due to stress or trauma. Learning this modality has profoundly deepened my own connection to energy and enhanced my ability to support others on their healing journeys.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The path to growth is never entirely smooth—every goal pushes us beyond our comfort zone and calls for a new level of ourselves. The bigger the dream, the greater the challenges, but I see them as opportunities for learning and growth.
I was bullied throughout my childhood, from a very young age, which instilled a deep fear of being seen and a lifelong struggle with feelings of unworthiness. On top of that, I carried a deep-rooted scarcity mindset—fearing there was never enough and that I wasn’t enough. This limiting belief affected many areas of my life, from finances to self-worth, and made it difficult to trust in abundance and possibility.
Stepping into my purpose—building a business centered around speaking my truth and guiding others—has been challenging, especially when it goes against societal norms. Overcoming the scarcity mindset has been a crucial part of my journey, learning to shift from fear and lack to trust and expansion. Every obstacle has strengthened my resilience and reinforced my commitment to helping others break free from their own limitations, just as I have.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a somatic healing and holistic integration coach certified in Somatic CBT, an energy worker, and textile artist. My work is centered on helping people reconnect with their bodies through sensation as a gateway to healing and transformation.
Through my coaching practice, I guide clients in releasing stored trauma and stress, allowing energy to flow freely and restoring balance to the nervous system. I developed Sensation Meditation, a guided practice that deepens body awareness and supports self-healing by tuning into physical sensations.
My personal journey of healing from the autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis through holistic healing informs my approach, reinforcing my belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
In addition to coaching, I create large-scale woven tapestries that carry the energy of love and expansion. My textile work is inspired by the interconnectedness of the collective, reflecting the way energy flows between us all. Each piece is infused with intention, serving as a visual and energetic reminder of our shared experience and the possibility of transformation.
When working with clients, I also offer custom weavings created in alignment with their unique energetic frequencies, offering a tangible reflection of their healing journey. Whether through my hands-on coaching or my artwork, my greatest joy is helping others feel more alive, free, inspired, hopeful and deeply connected to both the wisdom of their body and the beauty of their being.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Humans are wired to learn through connection, and one of the most powerful ways we do this is through mirror neurons—brain cells that help us absorb and reflect the behaviors, emotions, and energy of those around us. This is why having a mentor can be such a transformative experience. When we’re in the presence of someone who embodies what we aspire to, our nervous system naturally begins to attune to that state, making growth and change more accessible. We see to believe that what we want is possible!
If you don’t have direct access to a mentor, you can still engage this powerful learning process by surrounding yourself—virtually or otherwise—with people who embody the qualities, knowledge, or energy you want to cultivate. Follow individuals on social media who inspire you, listen to podcasts that expand your perspective, and read books from those who have walked the path before you. By immersing yourself in these influences, your system begins to integrate and mirror the mindset, embodiment, and wisdom you seek.
Building meaningful connections is one of the best ways to accelerate personal and professional growth. Whether you’re looking for mentorship, collaboration, or community, networking is about finding spaces where you can genuinely connect with people who inspire and uplift you. Some great ways to network include: Attend Events & Workshops, Join Online Communities, start a club yourself – book club that meets weekly for example, Reach Out Directly – If you admire someone’s work, don’t be afraid to send them a thoughtful message, Be of Service – One of the best ways to build relationships is to offer value. Share your knowledge, help someone in their journey, or contribute to a project without expecting anything in return, Follow Your Intuition – The right people often show up when we follow what excites us. Say yes to opportunities, step into new spaces, and trust that your network will expand in alignment with your journey.
