Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Sanchez

Hi Adriana, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Since I could remember, I have always enjoyed expressing myself through art, music, and fashion. Those are the things that I’ve always found joy in. My parents played a huge role in that aspect of my life. My dad is a musician, has had his own bands and all that fun stuff! He introduced me to music from a young age, took me to my first concert at 6 years old and that’s really where my love for music really blossomed. My mom on the other hand, had a lot to do with my love for fashion. She always made sure I looked my best and taught me from a young age to always look presentable. She has influenced my taste in clothing and aesthetics tremendously! I have always been passionate about those things but It wasn’t until one of my friends pushed me into creating content! I started posting my outfits, making concert vlogs, and just my life in general! It has brought me many wonderful opportunities and a sense of community which I am forever fortunate of.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The biggest challenge for me has been getting over the fear of posting. I was always scared of how others would view my content, what people would say about me or even if anyone cared of what I actually posted but it was until I stopped caring about those things when I really started to have fun with it! I realized that as long as I enjoyed what I was creating, It didn’t matter what others thought about it.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I do content creation specifically in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle! I have been lucky enough to have worked with brands such as Valentino Beauty, Urban Decay, and MAC. As a young Latina in this area it’s been an honor to have been given these types of opportunities and prove that any other Latinx can do so as well!
