My journey into the world of health and wellness wasn’t just a career choice—it was personal. Growing up, I struggled with an eating disorder, an experience that deeply shaped my relationship with food and my body. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey into wellness started with personal struggles—battling an eating disorder and redefining my relationship with food. Healing myself led me to study nutrition, but turning that knowledge into a career came with its own challenges.
Relocating to New York was a major shift—new culture, new language, and the challenge of building a name in an unfamiliar space. Just as I found my footing, I moved again, this time to LA, where the wellness industry was saturated, and I had to start over. I wasn’t just a nutritionist anymore—I had to become a businesswoman, a content creator, and a brand.
There were moments of doubt, but I leaned into my authenticity, sharing my journey and knowledge. Over time, I built a thriving business, developed programs, launched a supplement line, and influenced tens of thousands of people. Every obstacle shaped me, and today, I see those challenges as the foundation of my success.
